- Gloom is a boss that revolves around a pattern. It's simple to understand. Do not be intimidated. If you are completely new to the boss, enter practice mode with just a green monster park potion and try it out! I promise you it's easier than it looks. Do not be intimidated - and if you are, that's fine - we all start somewhere. But seriously guys, this boss got a lot easier. If you ever were afraid of tackling Gloom, absolutely try it now. You will succeed (as long as you have the damage).
I explain everything in the video, but in case you just wanna skim, remember: OZ rings, rope lift, dodge blue balls. GGEZ.

Have you defeated Chaos Gloom by yourself yet? If so, do you think it's much easier now?
This boss is twice as easier than before post nerf. I happy I’ve been able to complete this solo on my own. Feels invigorating.

Only thing that gets me is the lasers + darkness combo. What is your strategy for that? Up-jump (without blade ascension) and then blink yourself upwards? Might try it later this week to see if I have the damage.

Hi guys, I'm a return player in the normal server. Never tried to fight this boss before. What would be a recommend stat to fight normal gloom? I'm a shadower with 42k luck in town with maple warrior on. all arcane symbol are maxed. Thank you.
there are a lot of factors to consider so there isn't really a definitive answer based on stat alone. are you in reg server or reboot? legion/nodes/IED/WSE should also be considered, but generally 35k should be good for a struggle solo, but "struggle runs" are obviously subjective. best way to know is to hop in practice mode, but if you have a good grasp of glooms mechanics, 42k is plenty enough stat.

@@haoyuan8934 Since it's been 5 months i'm sure you've progressed way beyond it already, but since you are a dark sight class you can cheese a lot of bosses other classes can't. At that stat you should be able to solo Cgloom with no issues and Danknell or Vhilla with some practice on mechs.
