So I’m really curious why you didn’t show the part of trying to slide the steering box out of the little concaved inner fender and show the most complicated part of getting that steering box by the inner fender, so I didn’t takeoff a bunch of parts, and then not show the critical part
Hi i was going to take my Steering box out and put a borgason power Steering box in but my car has a three on the tree any sugestions. Same car 1966 chevy 2 and could you let me know what headers you are running thanks.
Great video like the harbor freights tool for pulling off the ball joints boy would that have made life easier back in day tks.I'am gonna be doing this job again soon we did it already on my 66' and 67' Chevy Novas in my younger days now I'll be doing this to my 63' Chevy Nova but forgot everything from way back when lol thanks for the update on how to. 👍
62 66 steering box, 67 has the rag joint separate steering shaft mandated for safety, I have fenderwell headers so don't need to remove them, unbolt box remove steering wheel out it comes
On my 67 Nova, it's all kinds of creaking sounds when i'm steering from left to right.Is it the gear box making the noise? I noticed you have the 67 head light trim? Thanks
very complicated job ,, good thing that do you have plenty of tools, otherwise you will open your eyes wide and thinking , what to do?,, I wander if do you will upgrade to power steering , or just see your job done ,, good luck, ,
Why don't you show disconnecting the steering box and what's involved doing it?? A lot of missing footage makes this useless. Anybody can say "Next I'll be removing the steering box"" then no footage of the screws or bolts being removed.. just dropping it down like it fell like manna from heaven.Geez! another joker.
