Hmmmm, so it's an exclusively hardware thing. Software solutions won't help. If it were a desktop PC, removing the battery would've been enough. I think the last AND SAFE solution would be to go to a PC Repair Shop. Just tell them that you want to reset the "corrupted" BIOS. Doing it yourself may lead to breaking the motherboard too. You got any shops close?

Hey man can you give me a method to unlock or bypass hp bios I can't access bios setup password :(
What's the issue exactly? Is it locked with a password or is the shortcut to go to the BIOS not working?
