I actually worked for the company that did the stone, tile, and marble installation. That Jerusalem stone was heavy and a pain to work with. Took weeks just to do the front of the house. Hope whoever buys this property appreciates all the little details.

Beautiful step pyramid modern design mansion. I like the open design of the mansion. I like the two-pools design. I like the floating roadway and the second garage. I like the master bedroom, master closet, and master bathroom. I like the wraparound balcony. I would get rid of the first-floor black cube water feature to make the first-floor pool design symmetrical and have no connection with the second-floor. I would eliminated the Baja pool to create a lap pool.
This is a very beautiful mansion. Thank you very much, to showing it to us. But maybe if I could/would buy it I would place a poker table in it, too and maybe a water slide for the kids/adults outside, too. The driveway to the lower garage seemed a little bit small. If I have the money I would have a Mercedes Maybach Pullman and I think it would be problematic to drive to the lower garage.
