I know this guy primarily uses the Tigrex skeleton rather than the Akantor skeleton and that he only has the faintest bit of blue on him - the wiki calls it a "steel blue" - but I now want to believe that this guy is the Blue God to Odibatorasu's Red God. For their similarities, both are absolutely gigantic, flightless Flying Wyverns that are incredibly territorial and aggressive and can probably go toe-to-toe with many elder dragons. Next, both are voracious omnivores that can decimate their respective ecosystems if they're hungry enough. Third, both can burrow incredibly well. As for being opposing forces, consider their environments. The whale wyvern's native home of the Highland is full of waterfalls and rapidly changing weather - and thus quite wet and humid - while Odibatorasu's home of the Desert is mostly dry and hot. Also, hot deserts (as opposed to cold deserts like Antarctica) have low elevations, while the Highlands are...well...high up. This fits them as a pair in the same way Akantor's preference for volcanic regions and Ukanlos' preference to extremely cold regions makes them opposites that somehow attract.
