In this Video I Review the Wild Honey from Clash Discs. The flight numbers are 12/5/-2/2. This one was confusing to me because I had two of the disc and they flew completely different! I suggest you get one and let me know how it flies for you!

I had an orange/honey colored one that was just as flippy. I bought a cobalt blue honey - no dome -flat as can be. It flies like an absolute laser beam. Feels and flies like a 12 5 -1 1. It is absolutely incredible. COBALT BLUE!!!!!!
I was so confused by the difference in flight! And people were like you threw one on more hyzer lol I’m like, I have thrown them more than what you saw and one is almost auto roller and other was money! I want to try the tone plastic. It looks nuts
i found the orange perfect for my slower speed arm.

My farthest throw ever was with an orange one. But....I threw it on a 45 degree hyzer angle, and it still flipped it completely over before it faded out. There's no controlling it. SUPER flippy. Obviously, it's not in the bag anymore. 😂
Yes it was crazy understable compared to the blue one!
Seems like the innova shryke. I have them in many plastic are they are like different disc. Star plastic seems to be the most understable for me
Had the same issue.. bought two of the same run.. dark blue and light blue. light blue was super flippy like the orange and the dark blue was excellent.. in the bag now. 🤷♂🤷♂
That’s crazy! I understand some small variations in flight but seems like there is a very large difference in stability from disc to disc or Atleast run to run.
I bag a light blue and an orange one. The blue is stable while the orange is a roller.
If you want something little bit more torque resistant go with the blue ones. The first stock run Honeys and the protos where the perfect stability for someone throwing about 400. Goes straight and as they beat in they get that drifting ride to the right. Hope they are not trying to make this super beginner friendly disc cause the those proto Honeys are money discs for me.
Alot has to do with with runs, but ive noticed over the last few years that whatever material they use for different colors change the density. If noticed it with other companies too. I don't have a TH-cam channel, but definitely conducted testing myself.
Mine looks a little darker blue than yours and flips a ton. And on not even a super far tosser.
I’d be curious to throw some others just to get an idea of how they fly in average from disc to disc.
@@DaddyDelpDiscGolf yup, with prototypes in the test mix too. I wanna rewatch the Foundation stuff to see if I can tell what type of Honey Hunter used....I just got mine last week or so and still trying to figure out how to throw it. I can see it going a long ways when the power is unlocked. I am actually in the middle of bagging mostly/all Clash stuff. I really like the feel and flights of many of their discs.

The orange one needs a significant hyzer release, you aren't releasing it on hyzer based on your follow through. Watch it in slow motion and the last angle you impart on the disc is flat at best.

The disc is drastically different from the blue. That’s all I can say. Doesn’t matter how much hyzer i put it on it will NOT do the same thing as the blue lol.
@@DaddyDelpDiscGolf Nothing against your form, just some of those throws you are not imparting a hyzer angle on the disc or else your follow through would be much higher. Take it for what it is. Thanks for the video and all the great content!
I will say this, after the first 2 throws I kind of stopped trying to throw those discs the same because they were so different. Even throws off camera. That’s why I started trying some rollers. But I also didn’t throw the blue one on good hyzer, a couple times threw it flat and it still never burnt over like the orange lol. I appreciate the view though. Seems to be a common thing with orange ones from some of the comments lol.

My experience from honeys is more it is pop top more stable it is. There is one run that don't follow that, but I don't think it ever got outside Finland. There is alot differences on honeys clear ones are my experience most stable and orange ones often are least stable, but still there is oddities.
Are the clear more overstable ones domey or flat? Looking for something to replace my blue prototype honey.
@@Babl069 If you can find ones that are literally non color clear ones, that are in my experience more stable thou i havent seen those for while even in finland. I own 10 +/- Honey and buying one is same as Destroyers that you prettymuch need go whit touch and feel of their stability.
Something legit seems wrong with the orange one…like a production issue
