Wow, ths is a very smart tutorial! I love the reference to the other careers using the color wheel, the photos to illustrate the examples of warm, neutral, and cool. Thank you so much!

Wow! Thank you so much -- I am a visual artist familiar with color theory but a hack when it comes to haircolor. Your tutorial is truly amazing. I get it! Also will NEVER forget what a tertiary color is again! Thank you.
Got here because I want to perfect my photo editing, and end up learning about hair color and the usefulness of warm/cool categories in thinking about color. Great video. Keep up the good work (:

while I am teaching myself about the colour concept, I stumbled across this wonderful video. Thank you so much for your lucid explanation. I am pretty much confident that I'm on my way to learning these concepts thanks to your foundation. You must deserve more subs and views than you've already got'
I shouldn't share this, but I came here thinking this was an art video by an artist, and artists have a way of naming themselves for youtube videos as being a studio, and I was puzzling over how someone came up with the name Hairdressing Tutorials. Now I get it, and this is very good.
Great video. I still don't understand how to look at someone's roots who has an inch of regrowth and match it to the EXACT same artificial color that is on the ends. Any suggestions? Color theory alone doesn't solve this issue for me. Thank you!
I understand using opposite colors bit i don't understand the "use green" or "use blue" use it how? If someone comes to me with orange toned hair and they want their hair to be a darker color or different color with no orange showing through. How would I "use blue"? Just make sure it is for example 7A or 7VA? And if they did not want an ask tone then it is fine to use a warm tone or Neutral tone because it would cover anyway and blend ?
Great video ! I don't know how to thank you enough.Im struggling with colors for a long time. How to follow you more an theories like this ??? Is this theory printed on form of book???
I have/had natural jet black color I did dark brown than voilet than red and than again black . Now my hair has some stubborn brown/red tones .(all were permanent colors i guess) I want to do ash blonde will that be possible? Or should I do red/blue highlights
I have patchy bleached hair. I want to use a red corrector and then dye the whole head light brown. Should I only place corrector on the bleached spots? Or all over! Thanks xx

Tertiary colour, is equal parts of primary and secondary according to your subtitle. But yet you say Y+Y+B is a tertiary colour, yet that isn’t equal parts. I’m confused

So what is a NN?
As In a 5 NN, for example?
I understand the 5 is base and N is Neutral, but what does the other N represent?
NN means double Neutral
Double pigment...
double pigment NN is effective for resistant grey coverage or needed extra pigment in a color.
