As an Orc Shaman main, Rehgar is one of my favorite characters even if he doesn't get much spotlight. I hope to find him chilling in the Shaman Class Hall once Legion rolls around.

I have never said this, but I LOVE this lore video. Such a freaking cool backstory for a character I knew nothing about, and makes Variayn a total beast in his own right too. Awesome, awesome stuff, thanks for make this one. I enjoyed it a lot. I've watched it several times already.
I really enjoy your lore videos, makes me smile every time I see you post one but I really wish you made them more than once a week but the quality and depth really makes up for it.
Nobbel87, love the videos homie but as a paladin and shaman player, you have done a ton of lore videos about paladins such as ashbringer and stuff, could you do a Video for "The story of thrall"?

No doubt, and i appreciate your efforts, just saying a video on Thrall is needed. he's a huge key lore character being as he's a strong shaman and he helped unite the horde without him there probably wouldn't have been a horde :D keep it up though man i'm sure you're on top of things :P

Hello Nobbel87, I really like your videos and I'm hooked up to your lore videos (currently watching WoW lore reversed playlist), I was wondering if you could do a series of video where you go through the lore of each zone pre and post cataclysm.
Having missed the pre-cataclysm era and also never having played a horde character, I would love to see the lore behind the zones I haven't visited too.

i love these lore vids, makes for good listening while doing dailies.
I hope to see him again and more characters like him. Lately it's been (at least I feel) that blizz finds that one or few character(s)and focuses on those throughout a whole expansion. I would like to see return of characters but just to know what they are doing, like after all the things Rehgar's done he is as far as we known, still going around healing the world from the Cataclysm. That's the kind of story I like to here sometimes.

I genuinely believe that Shamans are the most lore focused and lore powerful characters in the Warcraft storyline. You hear a great deal about powerful Death Knights, noble Paladins, adroit Mages, and ruthless Warlocks, but at the end of the day, a Shaman almost always has a hand in Warcraft events.

This was a really nice story, not like a pure of heart story where the character is all good and wise but a character with some story that doesn't involve super magic spells or old gods to make him a slavemaster. There should be more stories like this one :)

I think a good lore video for legion would be Tidemistress Athissa, I don't really know a lot about her and it'd be good to know lore about her before the expansion :P
I think Rehgar Earthfury also made a cameo in the Hour of Twilight instance, where he and the other Earthen Ring members held off the Old Gods' minions while Thrall hurried inside to face Archbishop Benedictus.

I have something i think you should think about, in your video "The story of Rehgar" you talk specifically about the legend of "Lo'gosh" also the name given to Wrynn, could it be a legend about Broxigar? how he jumped through the well/portal to fight the demons from the other side on the war of the ancients? he could have been considered as a demi-god. anyway just something i was thinking about as i saw your video, i could be wrong or that you have already thought about it:) thank you for your time anyway,

How does Guldan infect more orcs and such with demon blood if manoroth is dead? Is it Guldan's blood? Or another pit lord? Is it tainted? Sargaras blood? WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?!

But I was wondering if you could do a video, or just a simple answer to as for why Lady Liadrin is wielding Quel'Delar in Tanaan, when in the quest, it seems rather canon that the player is the chosen wielder of the blade.
Did Blizzard just get lazy, or has the blade "chosen" a new master, and if so - when ? and how ?
+Mathias Wæver They never gave an explanation for it, similar to Khadgar wielding Atiesh.
+Mathias Wæver a player, like me, may have forged Atiesh waay back in Vanilia, yet Khadgar still has it for whatever reason.
I think its because incorporating players as the true heroes would be impossible.
Guessing the reason then, must be that we left those weapons in some treasury, then Khadgar and Liadrin stumbled by and said "neat!" And claimed them as their own.
Meanwhile the weapons felt quite abandoned and just went along with their new master
Rehgar is going to be a follower in the Shaman Class Order Hall. Yay!

I feel like one thing was forgotten to be mentioned. He was chosen to be in the Heroes of the Storm, and his title in WoW was the Hero of the Storm. It's perfect.

They need to gave rehgar his own expansion. "Shamwar the thing, it sells itself"
Can you do a lore video on Broll Bearmantle? He's the only one from the trio of gladiators you haven't covered and I would like to know why he was already part of the arena team once Varian showed up. I want to know how he ended up there and if ti is possible to find him in the warcraft games or WOW
Absolutely love Varian he is my favourite character by a mile stone. Can't wait for him to be added to HoTS. Anywho wonderful video as always mister Nobbel. Rhegar will always be one of my favourite Orc characters.
I made a DotA hero suggestion for Varian along time ago. It was based on disassembling or merging Shala'mane to switch between an aggressive 2her "arms warrior" stance or dual wield to focus on parrying and survivability.
Sounds pretty cool actually. I've seen that there is already an interaction in HoTS between Varian and Arthas. Saw a forum about it on the HOTS forum page. Look it up if you find any interest in it :)

Me too, he is the most underrated yet the most interesting characters in the entire damn Alliance beside Greymane. His transition from being total hostile to the Horde to his learning accepting overcome his past (Wolf Heart), to fighting for what right instead of revenge is interesting (while he still distrust the Horde, he still forgive them). He refused to used the Sha to powered up his warriors and win the war through strategy, he even decline Jania's request to use to Focusing Iris to destroy Ogrimmar. The Little Patience Quest in MoP definitely did him justice as he actually depended to strategy instead of all out war tactic. It shown him to be a capable war leader. He manages to bring the Alliance together even gaining trust of the Dark Iron themselves instead of tearing them apart like Garrosh. Not to mention, this guy is a warrior king who actually Logosh's champion.

i was looking the history of rehgar, cuz i love the caracter, he is smart, powerfull, a bad ass healer, and almost imposible to kill on all battles, a shame i never see him on wow :S

Noble this may sound repetitive but please Palese please do tirion fordring the leader of the argent crusader a please do his story we need to know his story for what paladins will get when the next. Expansion comes we want to know why he will die or at least know his history and what may happen to him.

It has to be something mighty if the Horde breaks the Peace to prevent the Alliance to may using it Against them.
Maybe its the Ashbringer tho.
Or it just a shitty a excuses so WoD have some form of PvP content. There is no lore beside that indicates that the Horde and Alliance at war. They need something to make a PvP content (they fail at it apparently)

Hrm, that could be Possible...
That is not "could be possible" it is real. Blizzard literally stated that the only reason they fighting because Horde and Alliance will alway fight against each other as long as their near each other (Which is another way of saying, hey we need PvP content but we out of lore ideas so here have some).
