@@nakazatotakeshi4286 you are right... I’m from Asia and I’m using Casio... Casio is the most comfortable watch for me, it’s a light weight thin and retro watchz
I have a f105 with a resin band I am an oil changer and so I get oil on this watch all the time my band seems to be fine and I've had the watch for almost 4 years. Been wearing it daily ever since I started working there and no damage to the strap other than where the clip holds onto it. Just coat the resin with motor oil is the secret but honestly NATO strap is what I'm considering getting.
Funny, I’m watching this and your tatami matches the floor I’m sitting on. Thanks for the review, I picked one of these up at Yodobashi in Kyoto last week and so far it’s my favorite Casio so far. Hi from Kagawa!
An all purpose watch for only $10.00 with all the useful features you could need, to think back to c1972 this same watch would have made news headlines & would have most likely cost approx $2000.00+ USD, which is over $10,000+ USD today.
You should check out the F94WA-8 .It looks like this watch but instead of the two yellow stripes they are dark gray and the indicator ring is yellow I bought one and it's authentic but the packaging seems old.
AL stands for alarm & SIG stands for (hourly) signal. You set them by pressing the mode button, then the 24hr button to toggle between alarm, signal, or both at the same time. Then you use the light button to set the time of the alarm. The alarm sounds at the time you set and lasts about 20 seconds. The signal is a single beep that occurs at every new hour. I'm pretty sure SPL stands for split time, which would be the stopwatch
I prefer the F-94W over the F-91W because the F-94W has larger display for date and week, thanks to the circular indicator. By the way, did you film this video sitting on tatami?
I have an F91W and the strap became damaged after about 3 years. I wanted to buy a new strap to replace it, but the price of a genuine strap is the same as buying an entire new F91W altogether. Which means either I'll have to go with a cheaper non-Casio branded strap or just get a new F91W (or another model).
Bought this watch today. When i reset the stopwatch by pressing the light button the light comes up. Is this normal? I dont see light when you press the light button.
I have one and I cannot toggle between pm and 24hr But I can turn 24hr off So I'm just wondering how I set am or pm ? Because I'm using 12hrs not 24 I need to know just if I set the alarm? Great little watches I'm amazed these are so old school and you can still buy them awesome. Great video 😁
Thanks! If I remember correctly, pressing the button on the lower left toggles between 12 and 24hrs. The little mark in the circle tells you if it's AM, PM, or 24hrs. time. Unfortunately, I've lost mine. My daughter, or maybe it was me, lost it at a pool over the summer. I'd pick up another one, but I think my F-91W is enough.
I just ordered the f91w. Perfect for small wrists!! In the process of ordering the f94w....the f94w with the yellow would prolly be my favorite cos’ it’s so cool looking
I look at this model, along with the F-91W, as there base models. They are light and cheap and have all the basic functions. I would probably go with something a little bigger and masculine if it was my only watch, but these work well for me. I sleep in them, so light and small are the two qualities I look for. I would hate to sleep in something bulky like a G-Shock.
this is better than the f91w cuz the light is brighter it sits a bit more comfortable on the wrist and it doesnt have the dark history of the f91w, do not wear the 91 when entering the united states border you will be targeted for escort and interview, not worth the hassle
I see, F94W. Yep. I need a long strap because I have big wrists. My friend said F91W strap is too small, too short for some big wrists. I dont know... I wonder. Wanting to buy a Casio beater. F91W or whatever... maybe a G-Shock entry level one. Yeah Oil it up, oiling it. Strap. Plastic/rubber strap, yeah.
lol the F91W strap is short indeed, i have pretty much ''female size'' wrists and the watch fit perfectly, i recently bought the F108WH and the band way too long for my wrist, a good portion stick out,its suck but good watch overall
HAHAHAHAH Cool. But dude you can still wear it. A lot of the rubber sticks out yes. You can cut the extra off too... Better too long than too shortt!!!! AE1200 CASIO seems awesome... best. Not as cheap as the F91W... But yeah. 30-65€ or so and awesome. Water resistance proper, looks cool, bigger (though I dont mind small watches), battery, and the long strap.
The straps do indeed perish and crack over time... TBH ..These cost around $20 USD /£20 GBP at the most... Just buy a new watch. They are almost like a "Disposable watch"
My lum is week even in pitch dark. This is a genuine casio I bought it from a casio seller jeweller. I think I may have a faulty one,. Out of warranty too.
Without trying to sound snotty or pretentious, yes. There's not really much to say about a $10 pharmacy watch that we don't already know. Just trying to be honest, Austin. If this is the kind of content that you're going to continue to present here, then there's no reason to keep on watching.

I've had it for 23 years, still works great!
Sad that this is the only video review for f94w here on youtube.
Because they kinda rare, i think its only available in Asia. And most of the watch reviewers is live in US.

What a load of rubbish 😆
I have the same wach my friend but the sound doesn't work! How can I fix it?
It's on the dial - Tu 6 (Tuesday the 6th). It doesn't show the month.

Yes me too. I bought the same as yours this Wednesday from : "HORLOGERIE LE QUARTZ". By the way, I'm from Algeria.
Got this variant an hour ago, imo looks better than the yellow stripes
Hello! could you help me understand the functions AL + SIG, only SIG and SPL and how to use them?

F94W have 20 sec alarm?

Does F94W have 20 Seconds alarm duration?
Nice watch and nice video. Thanks
Honestly it's a $10 watch, how long do you expect the strap to last 😆
Upto 15 years

Why? Yes, the 'F' is original-looking, but so many better Casio digitals. That might be a good topic - "choosing a better Casio digital "
