@@TheLawTalks like sir the reason for me taking the NOC is not listed in the grounds prescribed by ICSI
What are the grounds,
@@TheLawTalks my ground was that I relocated to different city for my articleship..but after few months my family suffered a sudden financial constraint becoz of which I was forced to come back to my hometown.. But trainer refused the NOC
And as per him the grounds for taking NOC is not one of them.. Because NOC can be taken only for health reasons irregular stipend payment or if parents move to different city
Sir agar 2 trainer under mein training hua ho two month old trainer 1 month new trainer to kaise hoga report kon kar sakte hai
There will be two report. One for one month and 2nd for remaining
But ek quarter ke 2 report kaise submit honge
Sir, mera trainning march se shuru hua hai, aur abi tk ek bhi QR submit nhi hua hai, trainer ka issue chl raha hai, koi problm to nhi hogi late submission se, plz tell
Try to submit them as soon as possible as it will become an issue at the end of your training

Brother quater should count from the date of commencement of our training right? If anyone joins training at june 28 he has to submit quarterly report at September 28.
Yes, and Has to file for June qtr as well for 2-3 days

Mene sponosorship letter generate kr diya hai phir bhi jb trainer quarterly report bharne ka try kr rhe hai toh stimulate portal prr show ho rha hai student has not generated sponsorship letter yet

As soon as the company is registered with ICSI for imparting training, you can ask ICSI for trainer credentials

If you are talking about aug 2023,then aug, sep will be 1st qtr and sep to dec 2nd qtr and so on

You can request your trainer, if he ignores it intentionally, ask ICSI about it.

Yes ... Qtrly report can be filed any time after the completion of qtr.
