Jim Brady is an amazing singer songwriter! We saw them twice in person, I'll never forget how sad I was when Michael said Jim was "going back to his wife". It made us all laugh but still sad.

Jim Brady brought the poem to me in March of 2011. It would have been the 26th anniversary for Shawn and I. It helped me work through my grief to compose this tune for Shawn's last song.
