(Book name: Untimely Meditations) - Untimely meditations- it is a good starting point on Nietzsche. If it is your first time, you will not understand anything for first 6 months- but keep going. Maturing in philosophy takes a long time. It is not leisure reading, it is active reading, you will have to make notes and all that. I am happy that you are starting your journey into philosophy. Reading Nietzsche has 3 stages: 1) reading 2) Understanding 3) meditating ( I will be waiting for you here!!!!)
I would not recommend to start from Zarathushtra - it is a very difficult book - he wrote poetry in prose in that book. Start with Untimely Meditations.
Okay kal is video ko fir dekha jayega, revision hoga. Notes likhe jaye gai. There is very little content on internet from which I pen down something. I always find something to write down and remember from your videos. Thanks for the video. Would you recommend this book as a starting for Nietzsche. Hey - was waiting for your comment brother. All other regulars had already commented on this video. Yes, you can start from this one, but remember first few months will be tough/frustrating, you will be doing a-lot of googling and notes taking. Progress will be slow, may be 1 page a day. Problem is philosophers - invent their own new words - and do not define them - give new meanings to old words - use regular words in their own new meanings For example the word "dogmatism" -- Nietzsche, Kant, Hegel all use this word differently, ancient philosophers used this same word with different meanings in mind.....so same word but different meanings, depending upon which philosopher you are reading. This understanding develops after a long time. But one has to start somewhere ---so let us just philosophize.

Hey - I respect your view point. My opinion about him is different, he thought good and bad are man made. He believed that the base of our morality is immoral and we need to reevaluate them once again
