Time to NUT CHECK my Haversack...

As a survivalist and a prepper, it's important to go through your gear every once in a while and audit yourself. In this video, I go through my haversack contents as the bag is normally equipped. I'm sure the contents aren't mind blowing, but that's kind of the point. It's the basics. That's what's going to get you through hard times.
Haversacks are one of those versatile pieces of kit that can be outfitted differently depending on your needs for the situation. I start this video talking about my haversack in particular, how long I've had it, and show you how its held up to years of use. We begin with the front flap which is rocking 30-30 cartridge loops and carrying my EDC fire kit. We then get into the first part of the main pouch, which carries most of my tools to include some back up knives, a hard use knife, and my folding saw. Then we go to flap two of the main pouch which is where I keep a whole bunch of different items to include rabbit snares, a Lifestraw, and some lightweight containers. In flap three of the main pouch, we get into my soft items (the ones that ride against your hip) and look at my shemagh, waterproof bag, etc.
