But, one thing from my point of view, these days customer service in offline shops is very poor which makes customers choose online shopping or big corporate outlets. I never thought of subscribing to milk, but in Thiruvanmiyur all local shops charge Rs. 2 extra over MRP for Aavin products. I complained to Aavin also but all shops are following the same. This is how big corporates take advantage.
