- With her affinity for analog synths and all things avant-garde, the one-woman DIY Pop Artist and Producer known as Madge has developed a production style that is truly refreshing. Following her upbringing as a competitive piano prodigy in Utah, Madge reinvented her musical and spiritual identities, Moved to Los Angeles, and has evolved into the experimental pop sorceress that she is today.
In this Artiphon Session we get a candid look Madge's first experiment with the Artiphon INSTRUMENT 1. She began by routing the INSTRUMENT 1 into her Sequential Prophet-6 analog synth, then used the built-in arpeggiator, drum preset, and custom grid tunings in Pro Tools to create the mercurial dance track you hear.
