I fell in love with 炸酱面 when I lived in Beijing ten years ago, and ever since I've used your old recipe whenever I missed the flavor. Gonna have to give the new recipe a shot as well.
Wow…that looks delicious!! You make some of the best chinese food on utube!! I just made your char sui airfryer pork. Absolutely delicious!! I bought your cookbook and cant wait to make the many many dishes. Thankyou for your knowledge and wisdom and your willingness to share your cuisine to us home cooks.
Wait. Thicker noodles don't have flavour or cannot contain flavour???? What are you on about. Udon noodles don't contain flavour... No noodles soak in flavour, its the broth etc. If you fry the noodles that is different. I cannot believe what I am hearing from this channel. Soups don't cling to noodles, frying noodles cling the spices to it. I am not asian but how can I know this and you don't??????
Watching Judy and Bill present their recipes are alw so relaxing! love the zjm!

This is a classic Chinese dish in Korea and the Korean Diaspora! It’s nice to see the original version!
