Two days back my friend applied for old but priority service not showing only standard and super priority

I am not sure why that has happened, we applied in the first week of September and at that time both priority and super priority was accessible. Please recheck the website again to see if they have made any changes.

If its priority, you should get the decision email within 5 working days, I got my decision email on 3rd working day. After email, in two days received BRP. Do not count weekends or bank holidays.
