It's still strange to me how LG is still in the laptop space but not smartphone.
I do miss there smartphones, especially their v series
I agree mate they made great smartphones, I still miss them they were reliable phone, great network and always competing with big brands

I don't have an everyday carry, it's more of a travel carry, but mine is a bit different. I do have a charger with both USB A and C ports, two phones (one is for work) and some inexpensive earbuds, but the other items I bring depend on if it's a work trip or a pleasure trip. ("Pleasure trip"? I just flashed back to the 60s).
What you listed is pretty much all you need!
8:58 Hey, for the SSD, you may find it favourable to purchase a dedicated enclosure, and then a M.2 NVMe seperately! You'll get the dependability of a specific M.2 drive you know & trust, plus the speeds of an enclosure you can select, and usually come compatible with both USB type A & C. You can even find enclosures that are way more durable than what standard brands pre-package & sell to you. That's what I personally have been using for nearly eight years now.
I don't know if you were ever interested in open earbuds but i can very much recommend the bose ultra open. I also have issues with in ear earbuds and i never had more comfortable earbuds. They are great for runners as well since they are very secure even if they don't look like it.
The ally is also my favorite! The VRR and lighter weight won out over the lego, plus love the ode to classic Xbox controllers with the button colors
That's the reason why I use my Galaxy Buds Live the most. Not as good as my Buds 2 Pro, but it does not irritate my ear. Hell I can even use it for 3-4 hours without any fatigue

Kudos on using the LG gram. Most TH-camrs don't understand the benefits of a super light laptop. I guess they haven't experienced running around with a heavy bag on their back all day.
Just wondering do you think the M2 ipad pro is still worth buying or would you suck it up and just wait another month for the m3?
I think Waiting will be good anyhow. Either you NEED the M3 or you don’t and will instead get a good deal on the M2 Pro at 3rd Party resellers.

Surprised you go Ally versus Steam Deck. The Ally for me is too short on battery and is not really pick up and go like you said. It’s always needing an update and suspending a game is hit or miss. Unless the game only works on Windows I take the Steam Deck every time!
I prefer the steam deck because of battery but theres games that are not on steam that I play

Interesting EDC. For the charger I'd recommend that you use Anker instead.
Its probably better but Ive been using them for so long that I dont feel the need to replace the razer nor has it given me any issues.

3050 gpu? That gpu was released in January 2022 making it a 2 year old GPU in a new conputer? At least the 4050's came out in 2023. Not sure I'd want to entertain the purchase of a new computer with old peripherals. If it were a used machine, understandable.
3050 is still a great gpu btw
@@m241m But if you're laying down money on a new machine, it's not a new GPU. Again I can see if you bought last year's model or a used machine. But for new prices, I'd expect at least a 4050

If he need more power he already have a pc that he already been using. Why dish out more money for something you dont need. The lg 2024 with the 3050 is light, wide screen and strong, just exactly what he need for his laptop
It’s a thin and light laptop that is supposed to compete with the MacBook Air. A 3050 is fine for its class of laptop.
