    I just want to put it out there for women who are in their first trimester or entering their second. I’m at week 17 and still have horrendous morning sickness and still feel very drained so just so you know the last two symptoms she said aren’t necessarily going to happen for you. I’m just letting you know as everyone told me I’d hit 13 weeks and feel amazing and I feel shocking and wish someone had warned me that the second trimester isn’t the best one for some people.

      For me anyway it most definitely is. Anything severe though you're supposed to call the doctor. Like if you're hunched over in pain I would tell somebody. If you're just noticing it a lot or it's an annoyance I think it's normal.

    • @thehaleybarry
      @thehaleybarry  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s pretty normal which isn’t fun. Best things I can suggest is taking garden of life digestive enzymes with each meal (if doctor okays) to aid in digestion. With the insomnia, try the prenatal stretching routine on my channel and an epsom salt bath right before bed. See if that helps, also pregnancy pillows might help you get more comfortable. Hope that helps!! ☺️💗
