    Monarch Money has just announced that you can use the code MINT50, to get 50% off your first annual subscription bringing the price down to just $50!

      I $50 too expensive. Find a cheaper way to host the service.

    I'm not paying money for a budget app. That is ridiculous. I will use google sheets before I pay for one.

      A solid option as well!

      I'm resorting to Excel Online Spreadsheets. I'm not used to paying for this!

      I felt the same way, but there aren't a lot of great options. I just tried empower, and it's nice looking, but very limited budgeting. It looks like recategorizing transactions would be one by one, no breakdown of categories.
      So, now I'm thinking I'll try simplifi, I think that one is like $50 per year. I'm not paying $15/month for an app, especially one that's brand new, maybe if monarch gets the price down in a few years ...
      But hey. Maybe credit karma will be alright, I'll have to try that in a month or two.

    Great info bro, I was literally thinking the other day what I was going to do about keeping track of finances better and was thinking about Mint, and then I heard this announcement LOL.

      I’m loving Monarch! I’ve also heard good things about Quicken Simplifi.

    Chris does monarch have a trends section that you customized to certain date say august 13 2020 to may 22 2022 for all categories net worth income net income spending

      Unfortunately, I don’t think Monarch has a robust set of features around trends.

    Does it have a corresponding app?

    Could you verify if I can add bank accounts from Puerto Rico, or if it only works in the continental USA?

    • @chriscardoso
      @chriscardoso  ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately, I don’t think I can check this. You can start with a trial and see if your accounts link!

    Can you migrate all mint data?

    • @chriscardoso
      @chriscardoso  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you can! You can export your mint transactions and import them into monarch. It works quite well.
