Tyler is rocking that beard! My favorite game of October was Dorfromantik Sakura. Playing it with my Partner, who hasn't played Dorfromantik that much. And it gets overwhelming. But they add cool new stuff🙂 And the new MarioParty... 😅 it is a boardgame, right. From the games on your list I played: The gang: That is a really nice one. Played it a few rounds at a boardgame night. Because you need to "fight" for the chips, there was a lot off "if you want it so bad than take it" at the table, that sometimes made us win and other times made us loose. 😅 BombBuster: We played the tutorial missions yesterday. With three persons. But as soon as the red wire got introduced we exploded several times. 😮 When we put in the possibilities. Of the red and yellow wires it got better. But I definitely didn't figured out how to give good information through my hints😅
I really want to try Sakura! What’s the different to the original? We’ve also been playing the new Mario Party! It’s so good! The fight is definitely interesting, we’ve tried to normalize the taking back and forth at our table to help as it does give information. The clues are still hard in Bomb Busters for me too! Anything can happen really but when it works it feels so good!
I wonder if and how it’ll withstand the test of time. It’s such a fun game! I’d love to see more people play it :) I think it’s also a nice way to introduce Poker to people too
@kovray I wonder how much overlap there is between boardgame hobbyists and poker enthusiasts🤔 If it's substantial, The Gang could turn out to be an evergreen game!
Feel better soon. My favorite game from October is rock hard 1977. I learned it at my first con and have played many times since. From your list, I want to play bomb busters. Thanks
We did our top 5 and 10 on our channel last Friday. Here are mine: 1 Stonespine Architects 2 River Valley Glassworks 3 Café Baras 4 Stamp Swap 5 Harmonies
Thanks for the video! Hope all our ails receive relief fairly soon! (Make mine a hot cocoa.) 🍫 _For October (also a light month):_ Favorite IRL games: High Score, Cross Clues, Martian Dice. Favorite BGA games: New York Zoo, It's a Wonderful World, Castle Combo, Dicy Cards, Knister. Favorite want-to-plays from this list: Aang's Destiny, The Gang, Oddland, Pictures.
@@kovray Yes on Martian Dice. It's a party-esque push-your-luck game where any number of people can play; just mind the downtime in-between turns. It's also on BGA to play, as long as one can tolerate the "random" dice rolls. (One of very few instances where one could say "Tanks for nothing!")
Hope you both feel better soon!
@@Mimi-ca Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Monkey Palace looks very interesting - love that collaboration.
Me too, it's fun and just a blast to play!
I'd love to hear more about Adulthood in the background there! I have a copy ordered, waiting for a preorder to join it. Looks fun!
It's so FUN! You're essentially playing an upgraded version of the Game of Life. Trying to balance time, money, and energy.
11:47 Have you played Harry Potter Hogwart's Battle? Aang's Destinty is a reimplementation. A very nice one, apparently. 😊
@@TheClyd3Man We have! We played all the expansions too and can concur it’s a fantastic reimplementation!
My daughter and I played through Little Alchemists in October. It was fun!
@@boardgamequeens I’ve always wanted to play Alchemists! I’m happy to hear that you enjoyed Little Alchemists!
i like apple jack its underrated cause of its simplicity
MONKEY PALACE IS AWESOME would love to be able to post pics on here
Ah I bet you’ve had some great creations! Post pictures on our discord!
Hope you feel better! Bomb Busters has been on my want to play list and it sounds like I'd really like it!! I liked The Gang too!
@@BoardGameBlitz They’re both brilliant games!

I'm really looking forward to Monkey Palace!! I'm not sure I understand Poker well enough for The Gang, but I know people who will love it!

Learning The Gang at Pax sounds like fun. I don't know a thing about poker 😂 I'll keep an eye out for more info. Hope you both feel better soon!
I hope you can join us! We’ll post more soon on time date and where :)

@@Jueglar I didn't advertise at all. Nowhere did I put my channel link or name of the channel.
