Long Bed Mega Cab Project - Change in Plans

Still going forward with the build but at the end of the summer I discovered something wrong. I had to make some decisions on how I wanted to move forward. This is the plan.

Updates? I really want to cab swap keeping our 2006 vin and regulations but enjoying the tech of the newer gens

Not much as of now. I have the truck off the trailer and the cab lifted off the frame a little bit but not far enough to pull out the frame and start working on it. I don't have enough footage to post an update yet on the progress. Hopefully soon.
