Unimogs similar to the ones in this video are routinely sold on the secondary market. YTD in 2022, Bringatrailer.com has had eight auctions for Unimogs, with the most-expensive bid up to $151,000 (it did not sell) and the least-expensive selling for $25,505. 3:43 Not even Mercedes gives you a gas mileage. As this is a tool they give you fuel consumption per hour because you might want to set it up as a timber mill via the various PTOs.

A Unimog is not a Porsche so get over it, but off road they are great. I live in mine full time traveling to remote locations all over Australia and love it.

I drove unimogs in an MPV cofiguration and it did 130 km/hr back in the 70s and 80s.

In Europe they're used as farm vehicles for working on farms

Which is what the Unimog was made for. It was meant as a combination of tractor and truck, so farmers could do farm work as well as transporting fertilizer and what they produce on their fields.

Unimogs are around more then hundred years I gues... and still people want to explane all about it as if it's a new invention... and driving over cars .....and agressive music... yeah... it put a smile on my face.... :-)

The first Unimog from Mercedes Benz was introduced 1950 here in Stuttgart/Germany. That is 73 years back. Not hundred years ago. ;-) I worked from 1974 on 44 years until retirement 8 years ago for Mercedes-Benz and the Mog is the product i am most proud of. It started as an agrarcultural machine, but today it is working mostly in puplic servie, firefighters and military services.

Terribly overrated a d i erpriced for what most privately owned ones are used for in the uk...i.e. tree surgery. And that aim of 50mph on road is frankly nonsense unless downhilm with the wind behind you in all but the biggest engines ones.
