    I am from Pakistan me and my daughter both are celiac patient I apprecaite your effart please tell me celiec patient are must have lactuose intolerance

      Hi nice to have you here. Thanks for your kind words. Not all people with celiac disease also have lactose intolerance but many have secondary lactose intolerance. This means they may be intolerant for a short amount of time while their villi is healing. It can help to cut out lactose for a while and then reintroduce once the body has healed.

    I’m self diagnosed lol 😂 I have a gene so that’s enough for me
    I do need to rest more
    I need to workout more

      Approximately 1 in 3 people have the gene but will not necessarily have Celiac Disease. The main concern is to ensure you are taking your diet seriously and also keeping on top of your health check ups.       @@thehealthyceliacshow I have the gene also symptoms but the celiac panel was negative I did notice the endomisial be at 9 onse it’s past 19 you got celiac
