I am from Pakistan me and my daughter both are celiac patient I apprecaite your effart please tell me celiec patient are must have lactuose intolerance
Hi nice to have you here. Thanks for your kind words. Not all people with celiac disease also have lactose intolerance but many have secondary lactose intolerance. This means they may be intolerant for a short amount of time while their villi is healing. It can help to cut out lactose for a while and then reintroduce once the body has healed.
Approximately 1 in 3 people have the gene but will not necessarily have Celiac Disease. The main concern is to ensure you are taking your diet seriously and also keeping on top of your health check ups. I'd love to hear if this episode has motivated you to focusing on resting and working out more??
