- Spend the day with me by having a girls day with one of my friends.. We went pottery painting, took some pics, grabbed lunch.. I did a bit of shopping after and went to the gym! Perfect summer day :)

The only thing I could say about the form when you were doing the leg press machine is try not to take your head off the head rest (keep your back flat on the chair) and then try not to over extend your legs when pushing the weight. I’ve hurt myself over extending my legs when doing leg press. Loved the videooooo❤️❤️❤️
the most inspirational women on youtube! keep smashing it. when you’re at the gym and doing leg press make sure to not lock your legs out, bend it to your knees and then do another rep as it avoids injury :)

position the seat for the leg press maybe 1 or 2 clicks lower, it will give you more room to go deeper and feel it more, just make sure you start with your legs at a 90° angle

on leg press make sure not to fully lock out ur legs! leave a little bend in the knees like a small one. locking out ur knees could cause so much injury! i’ve seen so many people get injured from locking out their knees

tip for the gym, don’t lock your legs for leg press and try getting the bend to 90 degrees. i used lower weights to have good form before increasing the weight.

It's lot fun
I do 50 minutes or more in me and my mom’s treadmill but my mom does less because she has problems with her feet and her back and me in my left ankle so the workout on the treadmill helps with my ankle and it always helps me also lose weight I also try to eat healthy at home,and at work and when I go out with my parents two!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊
