Amazing compilation of data! Thank you for all the work you and your team put into this project. Appreciate you making it available for further analysis.
Excellent video with lots of helpful info! I watch all your videos and have gained a ton of knowledge. I'm coming down for a week at the end of March to check out some neighborhoods. Found an airbnb in Osprey so we can dart in all directions to see what might feel right. I hope to God I can gain some idea where the right area is. I want what probably doesn't exist, very private with a decent amount of elbow room. Add to the rubrics cube that I'm undecided If I want to be on a canal or waterfront vs inland so I can have 5 acres like 1027 Ranchero Drive.
OK, thanks so much. Ha yeah, this one is a one-man show for the most part. I don't see any way around it as far as the data, research, and being authentic. Thank you so much.
It seems like everything is planned development! Which sets my teeth on edge! Aren’t there any homes that are, like, maverick? Tucked in a corner somewhere? Not looking like it originated in Disneyland? I’m allergic to associations and covenants. Lived in a townhome for 43 years-never again! I could go with a newer ranch or an older farmhouse. If there is nothing under 600,000 then I can’t afford to live in Florida. I’d like to be really close to the beach but have enough room to garden and nobody who can tell me what I am/am not allowed to plant! Like a privacy hedge! MI’m 73 and retired. I’d like to be not too far from Sarasota for the opera, good medical care, and shopping (must be a Whole Foods or equivalent).
Look at the Vamo area. That's probably the only place that is close to what you mention, has a few open lots and no HOA or PUD. Vamo is just north of Osprey and South of the Siesta Key area.

Hey, thanks so much. Really appreciate that. Really glad you found some value in this one. Thanks again for watching in the kind words!

Great stuff as always. Do you handle all content mods and preparation?
