Current management in kurumba are really not professional & from hospitality industry...whoever designed their current uniform was really working for a carnival I guess...Previous management were so professional..we travel the globe we can see the difference..we were regular in kurumba Maldives,but due to lack of professionalism we don’t go there anymore..The General manager I can remember was Mr Naseem,Resident manager (Mr Ankush & Mr Samad)...F&B manager Mr Vineet, spa manager Jory Montilla,to top it all the person who really used to make our stay memorable,home away from home was ( Mr Peter executive Housekeeper) under this management the staff were really superstars,these management staff really had experiences from all over the globe.To our surprise we did not see them there anymore,the lack of professional service during our recent stay really switched us off...the trip advisor now currently is loaded with complains concerning quality & standards...Sad ..All the best kurumba.
