How many people can get into the comp night? I would guess 2, do you know if (obviously by paying extra) can you add more guests to the room?
You can always announce 2 guests at no extra charge. But you could potentially have 4 guests to a room with 2 queen beds. We never announce if there are additional guests, otherwise you will pay the extra guest fee.
So just a three-night wait between each comp night stay? for example could I book the Bellagio from the 10th to 12th of june through a two day comp offer and then proceed to a two day comp offer at the mandaly bay on the 16th to the 18th? or is this a no go, thank you so much in advance. Thank you for the kind words and feedback for subscribing. You can do that if you have a second person redeeming the rewards. For example, I will book the first part of the trip, and then Mike will book the end of the trip.
Hi April so once you buy with your reward points on the my Vegas app ect, you then log into your mgm rewards app and the free night is there for you to book on select nights? I’m new to this so have just this week downloaded all the apps required as going to vegas as part of a west coast 2 week trip next year.
Good day, so once you "putchase" the rewards, you will receive an email link, and from there, you will book your stay.

Is there a daily limit on how many rewards you can redeem, particularly with food/drink offers? e.g. if there's a maximum of 1 per eatery at the Luxor (and e.g. 4 eateries participating), can I then go to another MGM hotel and continue there for more drinks etc?
We have not had a limit on the non premium rewards. If you watch our first My Vegas Ap video, you will see we cashed out 3 different drink rewards as NYNY. We are happy you found our video helpful, much appreciate for the feedback.

The only way I have been successful in booking back to back rewards from My Vegas App is Mike booking one under his name and one under my name and when we arrived I asked them to link the reservations.

@arthurrossi6611 You will not get the free play with complimentary nights. They do have to he paid nights. If you are also playing Konami Slots, which is linked to MGM Rewatds, you can redeem free play through that one. Let me know if you have other questions.
It’s so odd but the redemption link in my e mail doesn’t work and I don’t see the rewards in my mgmrewards account.
Shark reef link didn’t work and the bogo ka link doesn’t work and I can’t see them on line on my
MGM account.
Idk what to do.

You can certainly request 2 queen beds when making your reservation. Just be sure you check in earlier than later because the queen beds do go faster than one king. I always check in before I leave on my flight and my room is usually available by the time we arrive. Thank you for watching and let us know if you have any other questions

Thanks for your video, very helpful. From the terms and conditions, I do not quite understand whether there’s a max number of redemptions one can redeem. It says 3 premium awards max but also 3 resort redemptions max. Can you help me out?
I am not certain about "resort credits." There is a restriction (based on iter level) of how many premium rewards you can use in a 30-day period. Also, you must have 72 hours between each premium award utilized. We have you multiple rewards and multiple resorts in one visit. For example, 3 NYNY rewards for free drinks and then 3 MGM Grand free drinks and such. I hope this helps! Thank you for watching and reaching out. April

Thanks for the vid. Wonder if you can confirm something I heard from another video but was older. They said when your tier is higher and you actually spend 50ish a month that some offers change or new ones are added, like 2 day stays and stuff like that
Thank you for watching!!! Yes, the higher your tier, the more rewards are available. The one nights do become 2 nights. What is the exact amount to spend to increase your tier level? I am uncertain, but it can be worth it because at the highest level, you will get a host on the platform that you can contact to help you get rewards that are sold out. As well as, the number of premium awards you can use at one time is increased. Hope this helps!

I do not recall the amount we spent to be Level 7. I used Google Reward points to get free money to purchase cpin packages, if that made sense.
im a bit confused im trying to use the 30 percent off my stay at luxor do i have to wait to book this when showing up or can i do it before
and if its better im interested in using a comp night and having my wife use a comp night then us merging together as you were saying.
Once you redeem the reward in the my vegas ap, you will then get an email to book your stay. Book your night, then hers, and once you arrive at the hotel, ask them to then link the reservations so you will not need to change rooms.

Noticed me and my wife have different rewards available , so the only way I could request a different reward that I don’t have available would be through a host?
You can each book your rewards, if they are hotels, and then once you arrive have them link the reservations
Yes but for some reason I don’t have the same rewards available as my wife and other friends that I know that use this app. For some reason I have less rewards to choose from. Also less appealing rewards. Is this normal? Should everyone have the same rewards available to them or is everyone’s slightly different?
Each Tier level has different rewards available. For example, I am level 2, so my rewards are different than that of Mike, who is Level 1.
Facebook says they will start me back at 1. I have 14 Billion points! Can I do it with out loosing all my points?
Oh, I wish I could answer that. I connected mine to FB on day one. That's a bug risk for 14 billion points.
Can I redeem my points when I already have a complimentary stay with mgm ? Can I use them at another property that's mgm property without staying at that hotel ?
We have not bern able to link complimentary stay via the Vegas Ap and with my normal free offers. The only we have been able to combine is my rewards and my husband's.
When do you get the 2 complementary free nights? Spend some money but it didn’t come up? For Vegas
I saw the 2 nights when I was tier 7. If.you have someone traveling with you they can play the game too and book 1 night under you, 1 night under their name and combine your reservation once you arrive at hotel check in.
Heyy, curious…. If I redeem for 2 night complimentary hotel room between Sunday and Thursday…. Can I split it for Thursday night and then the other be night be Sunday night?
They do need to be consecutive nights. If you are trying to book concurrently with another offer, I would book these two nights, then call the hotel you are staying at and see if they can manually move them around. You can always cancel this redemption, and the points will be refunded to your wallet. Thank you for watching!

They should all link together. Try sending an email to support@playstudios.mail.helpshift.com. and see if they can fix it for you.
What happens if we lost our rewards cards? I am able to access my mgm rewards account but I can’t find my card.
When you arrive at the property, go to the MGM rewards desk, and they will print you new cards. To check in at the hotel, if you are redeeming rewards for that, you just need your license and credit card. All the other reqards will be required to print a new card. Good Luck and have fun!
Maybe you can answer this. I waited forever for the two free nights option to show up in my rewards hotels. It never happend. I am at tier 5. My wife is at tier 4 and thru the MGM slots she has that option at several hotels. I go to the same place and I don’t have it.
Have you linked all the aps via Factbook? Sometimes that helps show more consistent rewards.
@@MIKEANDAPRILUNPLUGGED I have five and they are all connected to Facebook. One I even have 85 billion coins to play with. I have 2,978,426 loyalty points on all five games.
@@MIKEANDAPRILUNPLUGGED Yes I have. I have five of the games all signed to Facebook and all showing the same loyalty points. I just deleted the MGM Live and reinstalled it but nothing changed.
Im kinda surprised this app doesnt want you to link to your mgm account? i thought they woulda been tied to each other unless im missing something downloaded it and it just wants me to link to facebook which im doing. im absolutely downloading these and builing them like you its too crazy xD i will say this app is intrusive af im not even 5 min of playing and its bombarding me with notifications begging for money xD
When you arrive to the MGM property they will link the accounts for you. For indenty verification purposes.

Only the free play requires you stay at the property, however if you play the MGM Pop Slots Ap, which is linked to my Vegas, you can cash in free play there with out stays. The redemption is the same steps.

My apologies, you are correct. They have updated their terms and conditions. On My Konami, you could use free play without staying on property.
What time of THE day THE rewards reset ir respawn? I can't find avilable THE 2x1 buffet
@groovejnight - All times are Pacific Time and are approximately: Sunday 1140am Monday 1105am Tuesday 1115am Wednesday 805am Thursday 905am Friday 130pm and Saturday 140pm. Another trick would be to try and grab that reward and the other ap as the My Vegas one is the most popular. Hope this helps!

When you check in they will link the reservations.

The people in my facebook group are saying I’m only allowed one night of a comped room even though I have enough for 4 days is that true ?!?
When you are redeeming the reward it will tell you if it can be used for one night or two. You can only use one reward per 30 day period. Most get around this by having their travel partner also play MyVegas Aps and combine the reservations upon arrival. Please let me know if you need further help or have more questions. Yes you can. Only the free play require you to stay at that specific property

How to use the buy free play
To use the free play, you have to have paid stays, not complimentary
Do you have to spend a lot of time in the app to get rewards?
I have it linked with my Facebook ap and logged on thru FB on my desktop and let it play. It collects points fairly quickly. That is the quickest way I have found to accumulate points
Im staying at the venetian so will they honor a free play at luxor?
No, they will not have, most free play earned thru the ap requires minimum stay requirements at the specific property.
Can you book consecutive nights in a row as long as they are mid week?
Hotel stay is considered premium, so you may not use one night stays back to back. The more you level up, you will increase to 2 night stays. If your travel companion also redeems a reward for a free night, you can combine that resevation to end up with a 2-night stay. Hope this helps.
Are all the apps connected with the same loyalty points?
Great Question, yes they are all connected and earn loyalty points. So you cash in the rewards in any of the aps and it will be deducted across the board. So the points you in one ap are the same for all the aps. I hope this helps. Thank you for watching.

There is a maximum of 3 premium reward usage in a 30-day period. But there are caveats to that as well. Each purchase you make the terms and conditions will show up. Read those in full. The nice thing is you can purchase as many as you think you might use and cancel if you do not end up redeeming them.
How about the $150 free play.. i got 3 at 3 different casinos... I jus go to mgm and they will put on card?
You will need to go to each casino to redeem the offer. Some of them require you to have purchased night stays, just FYI. Depends on what was in the terms and conditions of each reward.
Can u upgrade rooms if u pay extra
Absolutely. We always book the most basic room, and then when we check in, we ask for a complimentary or discounted room. Then we tip the checkin person if we get upgrades.
i downloaded the android app but I don't have a facebook. Can I still redeem items?
You do not have to have Facebook or have it connected to the ap. It's just a one-time extra.points if you do connect. Mike does not have his connected and is able to redeem rewards. Thank you for watching.
What if your name on your MGM rewards is in your maiden name?
I had the exact same issue. You will need to take your old license or marriage license to the Rewards desk once you arrive, they will update your last name and transfer rewards into that name. Easy peasy!!!

I am sorry for not seeing your question, my room was booked in my maiden name because I still had my old license as it has not expired. I then updated my reqards account to my married name using my new license while I was there.

Hello I am trying to redeem a?complimentary night but when I do all the steps it doesnt show me the comps days available
I would suggest booking the days you want and if they are not available it will tell you. I have never had an issue with no seeing blackout dates. Good look and have a great trip. Also, you can always cancel the reward, and it will deposit the points back to your account.

Hi April, Just Wondering is my Facebook Account's name has to be Excet the same name shows on goverment issued ID? or just need to be used the same email address as I register on MGM resort website?
Mine was different and when I went to MGM property I had them update it to match my license. Your ID will need to match your MGM Rewards account. FB cab different. Most people have FB names altered for privacy.

I have not seen a lot of them change. However, I am only interested in the avegas rewards, so I am not sure about the other categories.

If they are not premium rewards, you can.

You made a mistake when you explained the part where the reward must be used within 90 days for the comp nights...
You only have to BOOK the room within 90 days of purchasing the reward. You don't have to actually TRAVEL within 90 days.

Hi, the 45 days redeeming period, does it mean you have 45 days to book your hotel? Can I book within 45 days but travel 6 months later? Thank you
Most rewards will have an expiration date. Usually, the date is 45 days. If you can’t use the reward within that time, no worries! You can cancel the reward and get all LP back. Room reservations and show tickets are considered redeemed when you make the reservation, so for those, you do mot physically have to use it in that time frame.
Hello, I had this same question in mind unfortunately I went ahead and purchased the reward. It seems it won’t let me book the dates I wanted because I redeemed it too early. How do I go about cancelling and getting my points back so I can claim the rewards during the correct time?

Thank you for watching. Just being on the app you get timed points. At some point though it will reach a max per day. I have been playing for about 3 years now but always use then when going to Vegas. Just play everyday across all the games and have fun. Your points will add it quickly.

Only if you feel the need to have access to emailing an agent within MyVegas Ap? Wr had it at one time and could not get the BOGO buffet for Belagio and I emailed them and they gave it to me. So just depends if you want direct access to the Rewards that sale out quickly.
you seem to get alot of stuff on this app its kinda insane i missed alot oof i gotta get my mgm account started and get these points rolling.... im almost curious if this is only possible cause of resort fees cause again this seem like alot

Sounds like enough of a hassle that not enough people would do it and it'd be allowed? I'd do it for 3 free nights in Vegas or 6 with a friend lmao
SORRY FOR THE DELAY, we hotel hop all the time. We each use our rewards so we can hotel hop during our stays
