@@kinGsaL1515 we make dua to Allah... How can you make dua to "anyone" else?
And it's recommended to ask others to make/ seek dua of others. Like when you ask your brothers to make dua for you, when you seek dua through your parents. Making dua after fardh prayers, is mentioned in hadith to make dua after fardh prayer.
The noble companions always asked the best of creation to make dua for them, was Allah not there to listen to their prayers directly? Of course Allah will still grant and listen to the sahabis dua, but they asked through the best of creation as he was beloved to Allah.
Same way on yawm ul qiyamah, we will seek the "intercession" of the best of creation. Again, Allah will be able to hear us, but he will accept the dua of the best of creation and ONLY THEN will we continue.
Edit: so we are asking Allah to accept our dua, for the sake of his mercy first, and his majesty first, but also for his love for his friends which he has mentioned (his friends) in the Qur'an

With all respect to those who proclaim to be from the lineage of the prophet....the prophet´s lineage ended at Ibrahim, Abdullah and Qasim, the Arabs considered lineage only via men not women! Furthermore lineage will not make you have a carte blanche for everything, means you can sin to and don't expect that the prophet will support you if you leave Islam! Say I am from the lineage of Ali a nephew of our prophet ! On the day of judgement there will be no lineage!

Hey I struggle with khushoo too, here are a few things that have helped me.
      1. Understanding what I'm reciting in Salah. Learn the meaning of Surah Fatiha and everything else you say in Salah.
      2. Being sincere and making sure I mean what I say e.g in Surah Fatiha
      3. Taking long pauses after each ayah as Allah responds to us in Salah.
Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah Almighty said: I have divided prayer between Myself and My servant into two halves, and My servant shall have what he has asked for. When the servant says, ‘All praise is due to Allah the Lord of the worlds,’ Allah says: My servant has praised Me. When he says, ‘The Gracious, the Merciful,’ Allah says: My servant has exalted Me. When he says, ‘The Master of the Day of Judgment,’ Allah says: My servant has glorified Me, and My servant has submitted to Me. When he says, ‘You alone we worship, You alone we ask for help,’ Allah says: This is between Me and My servant, and My servant will have what he has asked for. When he says, ‘Guide us to the straight path, the path of those whom you have favored, not those who earned wrath and went astray,’ Allah says: This is for My servant, and My servant will have what he has asked for.”

I personally do not partake in this, but you make it seem as if it is an action that is kufr.
Those who practice istigatha, have a large sum of authentic evidences that justify it.
And if you are so inclined to the view that it is shirk/ kufr, why is it that you nor Ustadh Abdul Rahman Hassan were unable to convey this to Shaykh Asrar Rashid.
Rather you both held the position that it is haram, and not shirk.
If you can do an in-depth video where you objectively review the arguments and explain your position this would be very beneficial.
