Correction* Marriage based Green Card is only when you are married to an American citizen.
I'm currently a child and my parents have gotten an American visa (From India but have an Australian passport.) and me and my parents decide when I grow up, I got to marry an American. And yeah we are living in the States rn.

I believe its more of your birth place than your citizenship. If you are born in other countries and your still indian, you can get greencard faster. I hold RP from Qatar but its no use for greencard.

That's the reason why most of the people go there on donkey or any illegal basis and apply for asylum there. And also it is very tough to get a green card in USA on legal basis. And if a person is spending 10 years of his life on student visa or any kind of visa then it is obvious that we get attached to the particular country and that doesn't want to go back now but its very hard to get green card on legal basis so that's the reason people apply for Asylum

I’m a US citizen still married status in the Philippines. My wife and I were no longer live together for almost 12 years and I have at present a girlfriend for decade already. I’m planning to have her make a visit here at the 5:37 US on B1/B2 visa. If I’m going to marry here can she request an adjustment status immigrant status thru 1-485 without returning to her home country? Is this system does not commit fraud?

the main issue of fraud is intent. If she intends to stay permanently when she enters on B1/B2 that's fraud. If she intends to leave when she enters and then changes her mind, that's fine.

There are surely oportunities for Civil engineers in USA, but I would suggest coming on a student visa and then finding a job that way. You need H1B work permit to work in USA. Which is only possible if your name is picked in the lottery.
If someone comes to US on H1-B and the employer applies for Green Card, then I believe you can stay in the US indefinitely till you get the green card, even if the H1-B has expired?

24 is a good age. Many people like to get a few years of work experience before doing a Masters Degree.
I have seen people doing masters even at 30, or second master at that age.
Trust me US is more open about this.
