y when I get a cold, fever and chills, before bed I fix a hot green tea with lemon, honey and a shot of Ginger brandy . Go to bed and cover up with several blankets. Usually wake up soaking wet, but the fever is gone. I take several Bee products, one is a throat spray helps a sore throat
