Great minds think alike😂 I had to boiled eggs in the fridge, and I haven’t had supper, so I mixed real applewood bacon bits, green onions and q T cream cheese in the yolk. It was good. The cream cheese made the yolk extra creamy. I dipped one of the devils egg halves into truffle oil, but it didn’t seem to pair well for me. I am stuffed 👍 I know myself, and the coconut oil would have been too much! I don’t love fat! I will cook with coconut oil or even blend it in my coffee, but nope, not with so many other fatty things. I could see how the cheddar would be good. If I added it then I would not have the cream cheese also. Too much!

Lay down a piece of parchment paper, cover it with pork rinds, make a line with the egg mixture, roll it up so it's covered with pork rinds, refrigerate until firm, then slice.

If you want to try carnivore as an elimination diet to see how you react to adding things back in, I'd recommend Beef, Butter, Bacon & Eggs for at least 30 days. Dairy can be generally inflammatory for a lot of people. I have been eating primarily meat based for the last year, but started a BBB&E challenge the day after Christmas and I am seeing incredible results already with 9 days to go in my 30 day elimination. Good luck if you try carnivore!

@heidiw6413 I lost 11 pounds in 30 days. I think it was inflammation from dairy. I'm on a low carb high protein life style. When I first started my journey I eliminated all seed oils and lost 20 ish pounds of what I think was inflamation. Then proceeded to at least 1% better choices every meal. Slowly changed my pantry to educated labels every shopping trip. I'm down 200 lbs and maintaining for 3 years 😀 this recent dairy elimination was surprisingly a blessing.

@samijanekasper8162 Wow that's amazing results. I started keto in June 2024. I had some reduced inflammation and other things got better. But still have what I suspected as some inflammation in ankles and chest/stomach area. Although I struggle with bloating from my IBS. I decided to go ketovre/carnivore a week ago. After a week, my ankles have reduced a bit more. So I was right in thinking there's still some level of inflammation there. Still struggling with IBS bloating. Slight weight loss. I'm hoping to stick with it for a month and see how it goes. I've reduced dairy. But I do like a bit of cream in my tea. I hope after 30 days I can have some good results like you have had. I've seen a lot of people post about the great health benefits and weight loss results of carnivore.

A good way to get this done would be to get yourself a food scale and have chat GPT way everything out and grams. Dave, Great Recipe & idea for Savory Fat Bombs!
My thoughts: I'd see the recipe's servings/yeild size. Divide fat bombs into servings, so you don't overeat, or make yourself sick like you did. Then, top each egg half with a fat bomb.
Personally, I'd wait to cut eggs & add fat until ready to eat. Just drop those bombs on baking sheet, let setup in fride, then store in baggie/Tupperware next to boiled eggs!

Love your honesty. Maybe try making the egg part of the mixture and you won't need to add too much cream cheese. 😛

maybe if you mixed this rec with a scotch egg. I don't know if bread crumbs fit into any of the diets but that would help the slimy bit.

Love your videos and humor! For some reason I had ads pop up about every minute, made it extremely hard to watch this one.

Shredded cheese is coated with starches for non sticking. It also has Natamycin which is an eye antifungal. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I don't like the yolk in a boiled egg, so I think I'd mash it up in with everything else. I want to try my version. Sounds yummy.

Wet your hands to flatten and form the mixture. It won’t stick as much and you may be able to get it thinner, from my experience with similar recipes.

I'm carnivore over 2 years and nothing but meat and eggs. Cheese is allowed but it's addictive like carbs so eat with caution.
