the point is it's a jarring change from the usual showing every single game action taken by both players. it doesn't matter if we're able to figure it out, it's just so unusual and we're so used to being shown everything that it's just a bit of an unnecessary shock when a turn is skipped like that. why even do it?
How to rank up. You create the greediest deck you can think of, and then you wait until Kibler is streaming and push the battle buttom in hope of meeting Kibler. Because Kibler will play a non-aggro deck, so as long as yours is greedier tyhen his, you win.
It's late in the night, I'm half asleep and my brain can't figure out what was that "if I ping my Pyros he has to heal my guy" all about. Someone help? That's at 0:44
StoxmahStudios in a grindy match up its 5 extra card draws, helps both against fatigue and just gives you stuff to win. Note the fatigue part is hardly ever relevant these days, but it was in the past.
cause if he has PoM, and kibler doesnt ping his own pyros, he'll just use it later to run pyros into another of Kibler's minions, so he'd still get it. Doing it this way, either he doesnt have it, and Kibler gets the 6/6, or he does have it, and he has to use the pyro.
Well, up there in/near top 100 legend there are not too much players, afaik around 100. And there are even less people queuing up the same time, so you play the same person pretty often, that's why counter-queueing (picking a deck that counters the deck your last opponent played) is a thing up there ^^
In making a deck that could be considered good, there's a certain amount of acknowledgment you have to give to the meta and what you expect to run into while also incorporating your own gameplan. In this guy's case, though, he scrapped basically all consideration for that, and just put every imaginable value card into the deck. His mana curve is apparently CRAZY high, and a lot of his low mana stuff requires that he already be in the late game. (Twilight's Call for instance, seems to have basically no applications until STUPID late game since I don't remember him even playing a Deathrattle before Obsidian Statue.) TL;DR: He has an obscene amount of late game, and it's astounding that he could ever even reach decent ranks with so little early game.
if his deck fights quest rogue, he automatically loses. two psychics, twilight's calls, cubes, plus the ysera. basically has no chance against aggro paladin for the sake of an obscenely disgusting control match-up.
So he can kill it off to gain 6/6 version, he was playing against priest with potion of madness, he would have stolen it otherwise for himself. if he had played Raven Familiar Priest would steal off Pyros and clear easily while getting the value out of Pyros itself. Also if he hadn't played Pyros early on, it would just become dead card in his hand, since the moment he would play it later in the game it would have gotten stolen with Potion of madness. The play was right.
meh, that guy had lots of removal. i play decks on the regular much more greedy than that. then again i dont play ranked and i have like a 10% win rate lol
I hate more the "started in deck" I had 2 card left in deck, nothing good and glimmer root to my Jaina already on play.. Or better yet "copy 3 minions from opponents deck" got 3 good cards gets 2/3 of them.. When I Operative I get something like shield slam and opponent always gets my deathknight, or with priest my mind control / summoner in mirror. Even worse in arena, have lost so many times with my own cards they stole.
When Kibler calls a deck “greedy” you KNOW it’s greedy. What an upload.
5:34 More camera cuts than Taken 3
XD
LOL wtf???
Almost... still too few to beat Taken 3 :D
Jaina's "I concede to your power" is just perfect here.
Around 6:40. I like how Syndragosa and Alextraza sit there next to eachother. Looks like Ice and Fire twins or something.
kind of reminds me of twinrova
I love Kibler, smart, tactical, funny and a positive and happy guy. He's a guarunteed mood booster.
the start with the ping heals on pyros made me laugh
Cola Schnitte god level play
God I can't wait for operative to rotate!
I was about to say the same about the Obsidian Statue, but yeah!
"You cannot take my Jaina!"
*plays mind vision*
POT OF GREED ALLOWS ME TO DRAW TWO MORE CARDS FROM MY DECK
What happened at 9:21? We just skipped like a turn
Nat was drunk making this one I guess. Am I right fellas?
Oreo cool dude
It might be obvious to you but not everyone who watches it will be able to instantly figure out what happened.
But taking the time to be like "What just happened? *rewind figure it out*. That takes me longer then just watching it and I assume a lot of people.

"Greed, for lack of a better word, is good."
greedy me kinda wants to try that priest deck 🤔

Great to see you playing this deck
I like Warctaft 3 Too Kibler ;)
That was amazing, Soooo much greed in two decks!!!
Seeing the title. ~Greed is good~ automatically 9999999999.Damn memories.
Nikos Despotidis wc3?
Always !!
I agree. Greed IS good!
The Polymorph the Yesra was a play so automatic that the edit skipped it like deadtime at 9:30. Made me feel smert.
so nobodys gonna mention the relation of the title to the wc3 cheat?
First thing that came to mind, scrolling comments to see if I could find any ^^
Why is there a skip at 9:22 ?
I thought that was hilarious. "Well I do need to kill this Ysera" and then it's just gone
The point is, ladies and gentleman, that greed, for lack of a better word, is good.
Blue Horseshoe loves Anacott Steel
You are my absolute favourite streamer!!
Greed is eternal.
That.. was amazing.
IT'S THE EGGPLANT
The ysera death was apparently NOT worth showing ha
Could you post the previous game against this priest? I'd like to see the first fight :)
absolutely destroyed
anyone know if kibler has ever got rank 1 legend? ive seen him play a lot at high lvl, just never seen it.
Dragonmaster vs Greedmaster.
It's late in the night, I'm half asleep and my brain can't figure out what was that "if I ping my Pyros he has to heal my guy" all about. Someone help? That's at 0:44
Oh, I get it now
The popularity of a post definitely has nothing to do with how early it's posted
The popularity of reply's definitely has nothing to do with how early their posted
The popularity of memes has nothing to do with how dankly they're posted
Can you add Yang to your name?
Cant wait for nzoth to rotate out
Dragon/Normal Thief Priest on Ranked?
"Late game cards don't need ways to play around them."
-That guy that got fired from Magic
Who remembers the wc3 custom game greed is good?
Did Kibler climb all the way to 166 legend with Kazakus mage ?
Can someone explain to me why Elise is good? Seems more fun than anything but i see it run in a lot of deck lists
StoxmahStudios in a grindy match up its 5 extra card draws, helps both against fatigue and just gives you stuff to win. Note the fatigue part is hardly ever relevant these days, but it was in the past.
If the opponent steals an elemental does it lose the lifesteal?
Andrew Connor yes
what is up with the random cut at 9:20 ?
Why Kibler pinged pyros? Priest can steal it with pyro potion of madness when it is 1 health. Am I missing something?
cause if he has PoM, and kibler doesnt ping his own pyros, he'll just use it later to run pyros into another of Kibler's minions, so he'd still get it.
Doing it this way, either he doesnt have it, and Kibler gets the 6/6, or he does have it, and he has to use the pyro.
How often does one fight against the same person back to back?
Well, up there in/near top 100 legend there are not too much players, afaik around 100.
And there are even less people queuing up the same time, so you play the same person pretty often, that's why counter-queueing (picking a deck that counters the deck your last opponent played) is a thing up there ^^
4 legendaries in hand, plays deathwing
4 legendaries that had no impact against N'Zoth, though. Deathwing was the only relevant card.
Lizarius Lol I know dude. I just found it funny that the rest of his hand was, basically, useless legendaries. Just like a weird way it worked out.
Ah, I gotcha. Yeah, it's amazing how conditional so many legendaries are. Even Deathwing is an example of that, but oh man when he works.
Greeeedddddddyyy
Can someone explain why his opponent's deck is considered greedy?
In making a deck that could be considered good, there's a certain amount of acknowledgment you have to give to the meta and what you expect to run into while also incorporating your own gameplan. Did Someone notice than the title is a Cheat code of Warcaft3?
Why did he ping his own Pyros at the start there?
So he can kill it off to gain 6/6 version, he was playing against priest with potion of madness, he would have stolen it otherwise for himself. if he had played Raven Familiar Priest would steal off Pyros and clear easily while getting the value out of Pyros itself. Also if he hadn't played Pyros early on, it would just become dead card in his hand, since the moment he would play it later in the game it would have gotten stolen with Potion of madness. The play was right.
Can somebody explain why he ping-ed his own 2-2 pyros?
To make priest play Pyromancer and kill Pyros so he can get Pyros back to his hand
Ottoman Kusanagi so that it does not get stolen?
yeah if he played familiar the priest would steal pyros, kill the familiar and get the 6/6
Does anyone know why I hit a pin to the 2 bug? :)
el pipi hrt lo hizo para que no pudiera jugar el pyromancer
Eggplant is baaaaaaccckkk !!
ARCANE INTELLECT WILL ALLOW ME TO DRAW TWO CARDS FROM MY DECK

meh, that guy had lots of removal. i play decks on the regular much more greedy than that. then again i dont play ranked and i have like a 10% win rate lol
