      @@Mandalorian_Goblinslayer Not to mention if Suguo succeeded in marrying Asuna, he would've gotten a hold of her dad's company and exploit it to further his inhumane research. People would've thought that the company was a front for it.
      Hell, neither of their parents knew of Suguo's perverse and lustful attraction towards Asuna.

      I'd say it's probably because she does not want Asuna to end up poor like her mother was as a child. Asuna in season 2 at one point mentioned that her mother was not happy to have been born in a poor family.

    • @mlo009
      @mlo009 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      @@page-no1zc The mother's negative attitude towards being poor is terrible and prejudice. She loved her parents (so does Asuna) but viewed it as a burden, almost shameful because they couldn't bring her the kind of life from the riches.
      Also he looked down on Kirito for the same reason, because his "adopted" family is poor (she did a full background check like someone does a credit check).
      Kirito should be commended for saving a lot of lives stuck in SAO, including her own daughter.

    • @page-no1zc
      @page-no1zc ปีที่แล้ว +9

      @@mlo009 Yeah, her mother is definitely quite ungrateful, and probably worries way too much about Asuna ending up poor when Asuna’s already doing well in school. And I guess her mother is very typical overbearing parent, choosing Asuna’s spouse only based on their worth in money.

      Welcome to Asian parenting because 90% are always strict and won't wipe your tears when you get hurt. This mom is one of the few most stricter ones because she was raised in a poor family and she worked damn hard to become successful woman because she always hated to be born poor and she forgot her dear parents until Asuna brought it back to her in Season 2.

    With all due respect Kyouko-san, getting top grades doesn't really do any good anyway. I had good grades, 3.5 GPA, probably not as good as your daughter's, and I wrap toilet paper for a living. I waste my time and bust my ass so all of you can wipe yours, when I should have the opportunity to do something much more beneficial. So go easy on your daughter.

    • @kidprime6863
      @kidprime6863 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sorry to hear that. However, you're right. Besides she really needs to think it through. If she transfers Asuna to that other school, not getting good grades will be the least of Kyouko's worries. Asuna is an SAO Survivor. The other students will bully, torment and ostracized her about it. They won't care if she may have killed people in SAO just to survive or not. That's why the government made that Survivor School. To help them cope with their experiences being trapped the game and help them catch up with their grades while doing it. It ain't perfect but it's better than nothing.
      So Kyouko, do want Asuna to stay in that school where everyone is on the same boat as her so she can get good grades and stay mentally healthy?
      Or do you want to transfer her to a normal school where people will toy with her trauma and have her grades drop dramatically because of it?
      Her grades AND mental health are both important. So you better choose wisely.
