I would like to mention that making a discord server $25 to join is kinda wild. You shouldnt make the base of the discord paid for. If you're gonna make something paid for I'd recommend making it where you can get free models and stuff like that. Althought, you do you. I just find it kinda stupid to make a part of the fanbase seperated from money. I could see if it was like a premium membership for early videos or smth tho. If you are gonna make it paid for make it $5-10

Fun tip. Instead of making your model look good in all angles you can make it look good from the camera’s perspective because that is what people are only going to see. This is called forced perspective 😊

Forced perspective is the technique of making things look closer or farther from the camera than they actually are, usually via some form of optical illusion or jest clever placement of objects or characters (i.e. making Gandalf look taller than Frodo even though the actors are fairly close in height.)

Hey stylised! I feel like what could help in future animation is playing around with perspective and warping. Like look in manga how they make things way more dramatic with crazy vanishing points (in 3D you can just adjust the camera angle). Edit: if not warping blur the background to give it a cinematic look and add bokeh in the background with fire like in demon slayer (episode 8 of hashira training arc is AWESOME the animation is mind blowing)

I don't think you're legally allowed to say you suck at unreal engine anymore, because this effect IS UNREAL. A few changes I would make though is have the tip of the arrow parented to the fingers so it doesn't kind of just awkwardly float there as the fingers move into the tip, and also the dark lighting from early on was much more visually appealing but I don't mind either one. The new lighting could work if you just toned it down a lot without completely getting rid of it, and I noticed the same issue with the shaft of the arrow just sort of existing there as the base of it moves into place. The motion, at least the best way I can describe it, feels more like Sukuna has a ball of fire at his finger tips that he then uses his other hand to stretch it almost like gum then it turns into an arrow

something you still needa work on is definitely timing. YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO USE THE GRAPH EDITOR FOR ANIMATION IN BLENDER. its essential for timing and getting proper arcs.
Here is a blender tip when it comes to postioning models. In order to get the right look you sometimes have to break the model. A good example is Dragon Ball Fighterz cutscenes, in order to get the right look for them they have to break and deform the model. As for what I'm doing: Well I made a 3d model in early June so I could animate it later, but since I didn't use Mixamo I was struggling with rigging it because rigify was having issues pairing the rig with the model, but after a solid 6 hours I got it to work. The solution: if you use parent with automatic weights it should work but if it doesn't what you should do is clear the parent and make sure you select the rag and the model and pair them again. That was my solution at least.
the biggest thing that stuck out to me was the flames from the arrow head falling down in front of his face kinda making it look like water splashes, but this one was awesome by all accounts!
I skipped the middle, but i think the part that enhances the motion greatly is near 51:26 where there is tension in the posing and camerawork that matches what pulling back and arrow should feel like after the effects really “kick in”. There needs to be build up to a release, and before, the animation was lacking that release. Other than that I personally only dislike the color shading on Sukuna, but that’s just a nitpick, everything else was interpreted wonderfullyz!
just in case it's helpful: if you right click on the plane while in edit mode there's a subdivide option and then you can open the popup in the bottom left corner to change the number of subdivisions it's also good for more complex objects where loop cuts don't work so well
Another way to get references in blender is to add a camera and then in the camera settings you add an image into the background image. Adjust the opacity to your liking. You can also import vidoes.

One of these times I think you should just *try* to emulate a lower framerate and see if you like it (I'm not saying it's forced). Maybe the character is lower framerate but the effects are high framerate. Or do a spider-verse thing where if the camera moves it's smooth on one's but the character moves through the scene on two's
I have to things to say but besides these 2 minor things everything else is great btw no hate I like seeing your progress 1. so at 0:10 I kinda preferred the light on sukuna a bit better now the flicker on the light at the end is very good but and the end I feel like the redish light has not blended in right if you get what I mean 2. when sukuna in bringing up his arrow it like not on the tip of his fingers instead its kinda over them as you can see at 52:02 and that's it everything else amazing love seeing you're progress in this 3d series
There’s an even easier way to get a references and images in blender If you go into object mode and add, there’s an image option and then within that there’s a reference option, then you just select the file!
