Do you mean your image is bigger than the tracing paper ? Then you have to buy some maybe A3 size tracing paper, and use photocopy machine to print your image. Be remembered you should print 2 same image tracing papers and then paste them together.

    Hello,
Very nice video and very instructive.
I'm interested in printing text or drawings on flat surfaces of plastic or aluminum (anodized aluminum),not on fabric. Can you provide the required chemicals such as durable paint that will stick to this materials (maybe epoxy based),and the solution required to clean the screens after using this kind of pain?
Thanks in advance.I hope we will be able to collaborate.

+Buda Alexandru Sebastian The screen making process for fabric or plastic printing, they are the same actually. We suggest you should try to learn how to make your screen first. Then choose the suitable ink materials for your printing material surface.

      Thank you for your response.
I have looked on your site and I was wondering if it is possible to order a stretched frame (8'' X 14'' for start),but with a high resolution mesh (250 or 300 T/inch) in order to obtain a high quality drawing on a flat surface (plastic or aluminum).
Working with this kind of mesh (250 or 300 T/inch) is harder then with the one of 150 T/inch? Do I need to take special care? Is it harder to clean after using it,or something like that ?
      Thank you for your support.

Very elaborate way to print considering the simple design.....Would have been easier and cheaper to just print on paper and use that as a stencil to print through.

Did you mix the emulsion properly ? You should dissolve the diazo powder to liquid and then mix with emulsion. You can see this step from our video.

Top of the Hill Production Please go to our website, then you will have more information about screen printing. For multiple colors printing, that means you have to make more screen frames, buy more colors inks and you have to find your way to do the registration with the different color parts during screen printing.
