When I was young, 6 or 7, I saw my brother and his friend smoking behind the house and of course I tattled. They were in SO much trouble until it was realized that the cigs were in fact just candy. 25 years later, I haven’t lived it down.

this reminded me do much of my time in Japan, after work it would be usually late - I would reach my hotel at around 10/11 get a relaxing bath and then go out to nearest family Mart/ 7-11 or Lawsons and just go crazy on those sandwiches, karage bentos, yakitori, cakes and everything in sight. Used to be the best thing after a stressful day. 🙂

Last time I went to Japan, we took my two daughters who were 8 and 13 at the time. I loved walking through Ginza at midnight nosing for a convenience store. I did it MANY times. Truly wonderful city. Not just ridiculously clean, but welcoming, safe, and just lovely.

I've watched the story of the drummers. You can imagine playing those drums are so tiring and how much they have to prepare for the events. I believe its a good programme for losing weight..
