After Elsevier acquisition Mendeley has become absolutely crap. How to destroy an app (deleted from Google Play store) and how to worsen definitely the desktop application. Please give us back the old version.
Hi great video! I have an issue that you don't mention though, every time y open the plugin tab, i have to sign in and put my mendeley password, it doesn't matter that I have checked the keep me signed in box. Is there any way to always keep me signed in? Thanks!
Strange one !!!! I had a quick look online you probably have also and could only find this as it sounds like an issue which currently cannot be fixed. Currently, every time you close the Mendeley Cite add-in on your Desktop, you will be logged out of the application due to the limitation imposed by Microsoft Word add-ins. To resolve this, we recommend you keep the add-in open while you use Microsoft Word. If you need to to close the add-in while you work, we recommend using Microsoft Word Online, which will allow you to close and reopen the add-in without signing in each time.

I am with you on that one. With online content you need additional storage for your pdf journals then you have to buy storage space. Its about money. Zotero is so much and it is also desktop based as well as online.

My Mendeley Cite Add-in for Office 365 started throwing out errors 4 days ago. Tomorrow is the deadline to deliver my MSc Thesis. No one can imagine how much I miss writing with LaTeX. Btw, my university forces me to use M$ products. It's been hell.
A couple of things to take in account. Is your office 365 provided by your place of education for example University or is it your office you purchased.
