@@caramelgoddess89 getting the townhouse didn’t happen last year for me, BUT it’s definitely happening this year. My next step is going to get pre-approved for a loan. For me I’m choosing a townhouse because I figured the upkeep will be easier than a house. Also I’ve learned while looking at townhouses, a lot of the HOA will take care of the outside maintenance. Being that it’s just me I don’t need a lot of yard space. Unless the townhouse has just about everything I need my plan is get an end unit. It will cost a little extra but it would be worth it. I pray nothing but the best for you. I’m going to tell you in advance CONGRATULATIONS on your new home, whether it’s a townhouse or single family home!!!

For your office nook, I think you should put lights under the cabinets and at the entrance put a tension rod with luxurious double curtains. I downsized to a one garage and I put those utility hooks on the wall for hoses and extension cords. I bought one of those wire standing shelves to store totes and then I have stand to put long handled stuff like rakes and stuff. You did such a good job, this looks so nice!
You seem so adorable and classy. So happy to watch a young lady not shaking her butt or being extra. Congrats on that beautiful house. Put some sheers on the windows or window screening, then you can look out but no one can see in. Or adjust the blinds upward when open.
It's really depends on where you leave in the United states. Am in new York and have save $65,000 cash,will look to buy a house in new Jersey summer 2021. Houses in my area average like $300,000 but the property taxes is high like $7,000 average. If i was in her area i could have like 3 rental property by now..

I love all of your diy projects, everything came out so good, you have your house so much personality without breaking the bank. I really liked the screened in patio, I was surprised they let you do that because home owners association is usually kind of specific about the way the outside of your house looks aren’t they? I think that green wall is probably my favorite, but I really liked the cinema room too, that was really creative.

Very nice place congratulations! For your office area maybe a beaded curtain to separate the space or glass or mirrored cabinet doors or completely remove the cabinets for shelves to make the space feel larger. Mirrors also open the space a lot
