Fantastic images and beautiful music ! I had a Fuji G617 a decade ago and I sold it thinking I would manage with digital stitching..but I can see what I am missing. The majestic music really complements the video. Looking at where you have been and the effort of producing all these lovely images, I wish you success.
Breathtaking . I have been shooting medium format for a few years. Nothing to write home about. I am after a GX717 now. Hope to have at least the 105mm lens with it. See if I can kick up the game. Stay safe.
Beautiful photographs, I really like the panoramic format of the Fuji GX617 and I wish one day I can own one, at the moment I'm happy also with the XPan. Keep them coming!
Some great shots using this camera. I just bought the cheaper G617 with the 105 mm lens. I would have liked to see some details of camera setting and film used with some of the images in bright sun, golden hour and sun rise to get an idea of shutter speeds used. Did you use any additional filters?
Hi Glen. Mostly taken on Fuji Velvia 50, with the odd Kodak Ektar. I use soft grads when needed. Metering I used a sekonic 608 spot meter, I usually average a scene out for my base exposure then bracket when using slide film, using 3rd stops .I have a video on how I meter and how I bracket etc on this page.
Buffff absolutetly stunning. It would nice to see what photos were taken with velvia and ektar. I wish I could try a fuji gx617. Awesome work Lee. You have a new subcriber.
How did you get on with focusing? I guess for landscape you only needed to set for infinity or hyperlocal distance and expose for the results you wanted. Have you found that using the distance scale on the camera works well or have you any comments on focusing. Lovely results.
Absolutely beautiful images breathtaking

I was watching Thomas Heaton struggling with this camera, but you seem to have it all figured out. Amazing, beautiful images.
