This is Malaysia, Esha died of bully..and the person who responsible fined RM100/-. Zulfarhan a cadet being bullied and tortured with steam iron and died in 2017!! Naveen in Penang died of bulling!!! A teacher was responsible of 11 year old boy sufferred of heatstroke, his life is gone!!! Can go on and on. There are a lot of such cases and the culprit go free!!! Malaysia has no laws!!!
First, I feel for the family. Wish they stay strong. Quite concerning what the lawyer has said. No one to take responsibility to come out at least a report from particular authorities. I am respect those lawyers and judge for the judgment to seek justice for the family. Now the authority cannot be silent anymore.
The government seems to be more concern about unlawful deaths in other countries, extremely vocal about the violation of humanitarian rights of other nations... quick to condemn other nations on their values while our own defend ministry (responsible to defend & protect us) commits homicide on us... This is a huge warning sign, that we can't afford to ignore as it'll only get worse... Focus & priorities of any government must be for its citizens 1st! The act of the higher ranking officer is only negligent how can it be murder. They can be charged but they also have the right to defend themselves bcoz for murder , intention is important to prove. I don’t think they have intention to kill but merely negligent by not taking a sick trainees to hospital .
Why are the authorities silent? Demand justice for the young man who must have had so many dreams of serving this country.
