MashaAllah! Subhanallah! Words cannot describe this magical recitation of Surah Nur by Sheikh. Beautiful verses and magnificient voice. When Sheikh recited verse 43 about rain, the rain actually started pouring so hard. May Allah SWT accept, bless, protect and preserve Sheikh and give eveyone a chance to pray behind him.

﴿اللَّهُ نورُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ مَثَلُ نورِهِ كَمِشكاةٍ فيها مِصباحٌ المِصباحُ في زُجاجَةٍ الزُّجاجَةُ كَأَنَّها كَوكَبٌ دُرِّيٌّ يوقَدُ مِن شَجَرَةٍ مُبارَكَةٍ زَيتونَةٍ لا شَرقِيَّةٍ وَلا غَربِيَّةٍ يَكادُ زَيتُها يُضيءُ وَلَو لَم تَمسَسهُ نارٌ نورٌ عَلى نورٍ يَهدِي اللَّهُ لِنورِهِ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَضرِبُ اللَّهُ الأَمثالَ لِلنّاسِ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمٌ في بُيوتٍ أَذِنَ اللَّهُ أَن تُرفَعَ وَيُذكَرَ فيهَا اسمُهُ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ فيها بِالغُدُوِّ وَالآصالِ رِجالٌ لا تُلهيهِم تِجارَةٌ وَلا بَيعٌ عَن ذِكرِ اللَّهِ وَإِقامِ الصَّلاةِ وَإيتاءِ الزَّكاةِ يَخافونَ يَومًا تَتَقَلَّبُ فيهِ القُلوبُ وَالأَبصارُ لِيَجزِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ أَحسَنَ ما عَمِلوا وَيَزيدَهُم مِن فَضلِهِ وَاللَّهُ يَرزُقُ مَن يَشاءُ بِغَيرِ حِسابٍ وَالَّذينَ كَفَروا أَعمالُهُم كَسَرابٍ بِقيعَةٍ يَحسَبُهُ الظَّمآنُ ماءً حَتّى إِذا جاءَهُ لَم يَجِدهُ شَيئًا وَوَجَدَ اللَّهَ عِندَهُ فَوَفّاهُ حِسابَهُ وَاللَّهُ سَريعُ الحِسابِ أَو كَظُلُماتٍ في بَحرٍ لُجِّيٍّ يَغشاهُ مَوجٌ مِن فَوقِهِ مَوجٌ مِن فَوقِهِ سَحابٌ ظُلُماتٌ بَعضُها فَوقَ بَعضٍ إِذا أَخرَجَ يَدَهُ لَم يَكَد يَراها وَمَن لَم يَجعَلِ اللَّهُ لَهُ نورًا فَما لَهُ مِن نورٍ أَلَم تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ مَن فِي السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ وَالطَّيرُ صافّاتٍ كُلٌّ قَد عَلِمَ صَلاتَهُ وَتَسبيحَهُ وَاللَّهُ عَليمٌ بِما يَفعَلونَ وَلِلَّهِ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ وَإِلَى اللَّهِ المَصيرُ أَلَم تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُزجي سَحابًا ثُمَّ يُؤَلِّفُ بَينَهُ ثُمَّ يَجعَلُهُ رُكامًا فَتَرَى الوَدقَ يَخرُجُ مِن خِلالِهِ وَيُنَزِّلُ مِنَ السَّماءِ مِن جِبالٍ فيها مِن بَرَدٍ فَيُصيبُ بِهِ مَن يَشاءُ وَيَصرِفُهُ عَن مَن يَشاءُ يَكادُ سَنا بَرقِهِ يَذهَبُ بِالأَبصارِ يُقَلِّبُ اللَّهُ اللَّيلَ وَالنَّهارَ إِنَّ في ذلِكَ لَعِبرَةً لِأُولِي الأَبصارِ وَاللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دابَّةٍ مِن ماءٍ فَمِنهُم مَن يَمشي عَلى بَطنِهِ وَمِنهُم مَن يَمشي عَلى رِجلَينِ وَمِنهُم مَن يَمشي عَلى أَربَعٍ يَخلُقُ اللَّهُ ما يَشاءُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلى كُلِّ شَيءٍ قَديرٌ لَقَد أَنزَلنا آياتٍ مُبَيِّناتٍ وَاللَّهُ يَهدي مَن يَشاءُ إِلى صِراطٍ مُستَقيمٍ﴾

Asalam ma laykum may allah give victory to islam and the muslims bless and ease the sufferings of the ummah and may allah protect the people of palestine and Afghanistan and Lebanon and syria and chinA and Kashmir and yemen and sudan and india and Pakistan and may allah free the masjid al aqsa from the zionist oppressors and may allah unite the ummah upon the quran and sunnah and may allah destroy the enemies of Islam and may allah protect and guide the muslims and non muslims to the right path and may allah have mercy on all those that have passed away before us and may Allah have mercy on us when we pass away and may allah relieve the distress muslims and may allah cure all those that have a sickness and a disability and may allah grant them a cure that leaves no aliment and may allah protect the muslims from hellfire and from the fitnah of dajjal and from the fitnah that is happening these days and may Allah answer all our prayers and duas and may allahs peace and blessings be upon the prophet muhammad saw ameen
Roman Urdu Translation:
**35. Allah aasmano aur zameen ka noor hai; (kayinaat mein) Uske noor ki misal aisi hai jaise ek taaq mein chiragh rakha hua ho; chiragh ek fanoos mein ho (in a glass shade), fanoos (glass shade) ka haal yeh ho ke jaise moti ki tarah chamakta hua taara, aur woh chiragh zaitoon ke ek aise mubarak darakht ke tail (oil) se roshan kiya jata ho jo na sharqi (eastern) ho na gharbi (western); jiska tail (oil) aap hi aap bhadka padta ho, chahe aag usko na lage. (Is tarah) Roushni par roushni (badhne ke tamam asbab jama ho gaye hon).*
*Allah Apne noor ki taraf jiski chahta hai rehnumayi farmata hai. Woh logon ko misalon se baat samjhata hai, aur Woh har cheez se khoob waqif hai.**
36. (Uske noor ki taraf hidayat pane wale) Un gharon mein paye jate hain jinhein buland karne ka aur jin mein Apne naam ki yaad ka Allah ne izan (ijazat) diya hai.
37. Un mein aise log subah o sham Uski tasbeeh karte hain jinhein tijarat aur khareed o farokht Allah ki yaad se aur iqamat e namaz o adaaye zakat se ghafil nahin kar deti. Woh us din se darte rehte hain jis mein dil ulatne aur deedhe pathra jane ki (eyes will become petrified) noubat aa jayegi.
38. (Aur woh yeh sab kuch is liye karte hain) Taakey Allah unke behtareen aamal ki jaza unko dein aur mazeed Apne fazal se nawazein. Allah jise chahta hai be-hisab deta hai.
39. (Iske bar aks) Jinhone kufr (كُفر) kiya unke aamal ki misal aisi hai jaise dasht e be-aab mein saraab ka pyasa (likened to a mirage in a waterless desert) usko pani samjhe hue tha, magar jab wahan pahuncha to kuch na paya, balke wahan usne Allah ko maujood paya, Jisne uska pura pura hisab chuka diya. Aur Allah ko hisab lete der nahin lagti.
40. Ya phir uski misal aisi hai jaise ek gehre samandar mein andhera, ke upar ek mouj chhayi hui hai, us par ek aur mouj; aur uske upar badal; tareeki (andhera) par tareeki (darkness) musallat hai, aadmi apna hath nikale to use bhi na dekhne paye. Jise Allah noor na baqshe uske liye phir koi noor nahin.
**41. Kya tum dekhte nahin ho ke Allah ki tasbeeh kar rahe hain woh sab jo aasmano aur zameen mein hain aur woh parinde jo parr phailaye udh rahe hain? Har ek apni namaz aur tasbeeh ka tareeqa jaanta hai, aur ye sab jo kuch karte hain Allah usse ba-khabar rehta hai.**
42. Aasmano aur zameen ki badshahi Allah hi ke liye hai aur Usi ki taraf sab ko palatna hai.
43. Kya tum dekhte nahin ho ke Allah badal ko aahista aahista chalata hai, phir uske tukdon ko baham jodta hai, phir use sameit kar ek kaseef abr (mass of thick cloud) bana deta hai. Phir tum dekhte ho ke uske khaul mein se barish ke qatre tapakte chale jate hain aur Woh aasman se, un pahadon ki badaulat jo usme buland hain, aulay (hail/ice) barsata hai, phir jise chahta hai unka nuqsan pahuchata hai aur jise chahta hai unse bacha leta hai; uski (yani us badal se nikalne wali) bijli ki chamak nigahon ko kheira (dazzles the eyes) kiye deti hai.
44. Raat aur din ka ulat pher Wahi kar raha hai. Is mein ek sabaq hai aankhon walon ke liye.
45. Aur Allah ne har jaandar ek tarah ke pani se paida kiya, koi peit ke bal chal raha hai toh koi do taangon (two legs) par aur koi chaar taangon par. Jo kuch Woh chahta hai paida karta hai, Woh har cheez par Qadir hai.
***46. Humne saaf saaf haqeeqat batane wali aayat nazil kar di hai, aage Sirat e Mustaqeem ki taraf hidayat Allah hi jise chahta hai deta hai.***
