This is just the first week of 2025 and we’ve already had quite a number of things going on, settling down, while preparing for a trip to Japan just around the corner. I hope that you enjoyed today's vlog. Thank you so much for your continued support and I’ll see you guys in the next one.
@@ChovyTravel hehe it was definitely smoother since we didn’t have too much things. Lol, I hope you enjoyed the drink our fridge is fully stocked with them 😂
Did the old AirBnB charge you extra for electricity and water bills at the end of your stay? and if they did, was it itemized per kW or just a rounded up figure for the 3 months?
It was a 3 month lease, so we had to go through airbnb. Since i thought it might be difficult to get an internet set up for only 3 months. So we ended up paying quite a bit of a premium. At first we didnt think we were gonna stay this long haha edit: since it was through airbnb there was no deposit needed

I’m so glad you enjoyed our video! 😄❤️I’m Vietnamese Canadian while my husband is Thai born
@ nice. You look CBC I thought you’re Canadian Chinese but Vietnamese is close to Cantonese and other southern Chinese.

We specifically pick the one that didn’t mention extra charges for utilities. Some of them do but we never stay in those so can’t really say :(
How long was your last lease? Was it easy to get your deposit back?
