I have some friends here in Italy who installed raceland. They actually work very well! I installed Tein Flex Z and I'm happy with them. I'm not happy with pothole because everytime I hit one of them, it seems like my miata explodes 😂
I had gotten the raceland ultimos and had no beef w the build quality or how low they can go, it was the drivability of the car. I couldn’t stand how bouncy they were and would only really them recommend if u need to go lower, nothing else. I’m glad I got to experience them tho because now I know that price does really matter when it comes to car parts.
How does adjustable dampening work? I want to get coilovers to lower the car nd I was gonna get the ultimo but I heard they’re really bouncy is it less bouncy with the primos?
I bought a set of Racelands for my civic Si but they need top mounts . Should I buy top mounts and install my Racelands or go with BC Coilovers ? I would really appreciate a response .
If you have the cash I would choose BC just because they have the ability to swap springs and choose different spring ratings But for the money Raceland is great plus the warranty is awesome If you end up going with the racelands I would definitely change out the top mounts 💪🏼
@@SpiritDriven ima go with Raceland and see how I like them 👍🏼 quick question tho . Will I need to buy insulator for the springs ? Or any type of rubbers that might be shot ? I’m stock suspension 133,000 miles
Man I kind of miss driving lowered cars. I'm on the older side so back in the days, we didn't have much choices in term of coil overs. It was either Tein or other 1K plus coilovers or go on the cheaper side with sleeve coil overs which was pretty damn good in blowing your struts and shocks..hahahahah. One day when I get a new project with my daughters at least I know there are some really decent budget friendly coil overs.
@@SpiritDriven Not sure yet. Living in commiefornia , either something that would be smog exempt so I don't have to worry about smog OR just do suspension+exterior mods on a car that gets smogged. I got tired of "paying" to pass smog **wink wink** when I had my other car.
@@SpiritDriven Man, i wish i can move there too (not Houston though). But I'm sure there are 100+ legit reasons to move out of here. I just need the wifey to realize California is starting to be a wasteland. Good luck just don't stop the content on the channel.
@@T12i99iN oh absolutely took a lot of time to convince Alina to moving out of Ca. And yeah not Houston lol we’re thinking Forney. They have a ton of new construction homes out there that weve been looking into. Once we get our own home we’ll have all the room to do full on crazy builds 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Bofi do a centre console with 2 cup holders to go with the centre console delete. it sits where the boot and gas cap release are. It's about 60 euro for it, @@SpiritDriven

Explodes is the perfect word to use
I feel like My soul leaves my body every time I hit a pothole 😂
@@SpiritDriven I hate potholes 😂
So Racelands don’t absorb pot holes very well ?
I wanna get Tein Flex Z but how low do they go?
Your impression killed me 🐬🤣 keep at it bro, super informative! Great stuff!

Thanks bud 👋🏼👋🏼❤️

Oh 100% absolutely dude 👌🏼
You get what you pay for
up your ride height and adjust your rebound. It's not Raceland specific, it's coilover specific. Just don't have it adjusted correctly
@@Jessersadler how do you adjust ride adjustment ?
@@Jessersadler I mean rebound
@@Dragon-hu7pt that's shock specific too. Look at manufacturer's diagram
And this is exactly why u get the primos for an extra 100$ it’s well worth having the adjustable dampening
That good for honda civic 2015? Tein’s were my first choice but looking for cheaper options

@@erised-sandid you ever figure this out?
Do they come with endlinks by chance? They dont showcase them on their page
No those would be separate
My BC's also rub on the outer axle boot too, it's kind of annoying tbh lol.
