Good day, my Porsche Macan Diesel steering rack needs replacement as confirmed by the dealer. However, they coded the rack and the error is now gone. In your experience, is this is sustainable fix, or will the Power Steering Error return. I would appreciate your opinion

What is the name of the program?
Hello, have a problem with my golf mk7 2015, after broken the conector 5 pin in a power steering box, light is on in read. And after read fault codes (B200FF0 passive code/ B2000F2 control module faulty, active code) cannot reset fault code.
I reinstall the conect, and program the angule sensor (light ABS and ASR its off now).
The unit control (EPC) on diagnosis is not program
The terminal 15/30 is ok
What you think about that? is software problem or Hardware or configuration/coding? Thanks for your time.
Hi! Based on our experience the cause of the B200FF0 and B200000 DTC is a short-term instability of rack operation. Commonly it is solved by flashing the ECU of rack.

Very interesting video. Audi want €1800 for the new steering rack without VAT. The car is a 3.0TDI Quattro. always been a pleasure to drive and now i need to try get the rack repaired as opposed to getting a new part, the car i can only sell for €9k but nor it is worthless. i am very sad.

Hard to beat a belt driven pump and a hydraulic rack.this type of stuff causes cars to be scrapped.cars to lay at mechanic and never get fixed.my advice is stock pile a few old skool cars and drive them until you die.
There are several reasons why an EPS systems being introduced in the up-to-date automotive: fuel efficiency, reduction of exhaust gas emissions, combined action with traction control and assist vehicle systems, a spreading of electrical and hybrid cars, etc.
It's crap .. not even 40k miles and my A4 has steering issues?? Do yourself a favor and get a KIA.
