That's the case with most modding communities, unironically great mods mixed in with a ton of meme characters that are usually hit-or-miss.

You get it while playing Record Attack mode. I think the point of it is to show how you were controlling your character during your runs, so that people can imitate it and moderators can check for doctored speedruns.

I digress, they seem quite happy with the Eggpack and Espio, and most rankings are quite understandable as many mods have flaws that others fail to acknowledge. I find that the criticisms given are to-the-point, and perhaps exaggerated, but the score given seems a tad bit generous
