    Very informative. Impressed with the way you overhaul the bearing as opposed to replacing it .

    magagandang post ito, masasabi kong masustanysa. napanood ko na rin ang iba pa tulad ng conventional fuel injection system tuning ni Mr. DIYer. Snappy ang presentation.

    What the number of bearing???

  • @johnstenlund472
    @johnstenlund472 ปีที่แล้ว

    Packing to much grease will take it out of action eventually. Second, hitting the inner ring will increase the risk of destroying the life of the bearing. Otherwise perfect, thanx

    Hi i have a 2.7litre J2 kia diesel when i start my van i let it warm up until the temp gauge just starts to move upwards and then drive it as softly as possible until it fully warms up. When the temp gauge is about a quarter to 3quarters from fully warmed up my van makes a humming noise at about 1500 to 1600 rpm. If i pull my clutch in and coast the noise stops. Once fully warm this noise goes away and the engine sounds good. My engine did not used to make this noise during warm up. What do you think could be causing this noise. Is it a bad problem that must be addressed asap?

    • @MrDIYer
      @MrDIYer  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If the sound goes away. I would say its normal. Part of the warming up process. But you would want to check the thermostatic valve especially if the engine temp goes up and down

    You could of damaged the bearings by removing them with a hammer. The background noise sounds like the Philuppines.
