The Owen gun was considered among the best SMGs it was reliable rarely jammed resonably accurate good rate of fire. It served the Australian army right up until just after Vietnam
They won’t….not enough money and they are all about the money moreover not enough tanks or history they can warp into their fantasy. As the presenter says make your own stuff using other excellent companies and enjoy what you want to do not what you are told to play I say. Good luck and if we can help just pm us
Really nice to see not only considerations for Burma but other miniature manufacturers. These are really great and I have used a lot from their Italian ranges for east Africa. Not the cheapest around but metal and good quality. Well done happy to support and subscribe
Thanks mate ☺️ yeah they're fantastic, they compare so well to other minis at this size too. I'll have to check out the East Africa range but I'm so fixated on the Pacific at the moment 🤣 Price was, I don't find them that expensive and I love the fact you can pick and choose what you want.
Absolutely dude, the metal is really soft as well so the hat was really easy to bend. I did a painting guide for these and you'll see the bent hats in that. Milliput on the helmets is a great idea too 👍
It's planned mate! Eureka's line of Japanese looks great but I can't get my hands on them until June at the earliest as Eureka are on holiday. Also, I think Battlefront will be re-releasing the Pacific line in the not to distant future (from what I can gather).
@dimitrimonette5880 it was mentioned in the Christmas message battlefront released but I'm not sure if it'll be this year or next 🤔 unfortunately, LW and TY take priority as they're way more popular.
@Painting Panzers perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place then, as when I watched the Christmas message I didn't see the pacific mentioned. Was it in some other post? Also how do these chaps scale next to battlefront minis
nice video, but I would suggest that gurkas SHOULD be smaller, in scale, as would the Japanese. weapons of coarse should be the same, but figure height and build, should be smaller. I certainly do that with all my designs. cheers

That's awesome, it's such a cool looking gun too!
The owen probably would have been used for many more years if the aussies didn't give the sterling the owen treatment lol
Nice job! I really wish battlefront would cover the Pacific theater...🤔👍🍻

Cheers buddy ☺️ yeah me too! Fortunately, we have a few companies that keep that need alive for us 😝
Very nice minis, looking forward to the tutorial.
Thanks mate ☺️
great company, and fantastic work on those
Thanks Brad, I appreciate it :D
Very nice review mate
Thank you buddy 🙌 its greatly appreciated!

Also, thanks for the support and subscription buddy 🙌 it means a lot and I've really been enjoying some of your content too!
Nicely done mate, I have their 15mm LW Folgore and they look excellent!
Thanks Adam 😉 can't wait to see what how your Folgore come out!
Using milliput you could model the slouch hat and alter the helmets.

A peek at the Japanese painted up would be nice, especially as battlefront has killed the pacific line

@Painting Panzers what makes you think that? I'd love some decent Japanese figures or marines so that would be ideal!

How do they compare to Peter Pig and BF?
They compare really well with BF metals and I'd say they would be great alongside PP too.
@@paintingpanzers Thank you.

Oh absolutely, I think you're spot on with regards to the height. I think it's a little tricky to do in 15mm though 🤔 thanks too 😎
