Always make sure you've got an out-of-office message set up wherever possible. Make it as easy as you can to clock out of whatever you're doing! Also learn to say no: this has been one of the most helpful things I've ever figured out how to do. Always saying yes is something which can trap you in an endless work cycle, so try saying no to something maybe once a week and notice how it affects your workload.
This was a really good video!!

Your message, from a physical, and mental prospective, is GOOD.
“Going ABOVE each and every day” is how meritocracy works. Survival of the FITTEST!!! Arguably NOT for everyone!!!!
Yet… we as a species MUST THRIVE. Those who rest in excess, may RIGHTFULLY benefit from those who don’t, so long as they DO NOT DEMAND their “cut” of the discipline of others.

This hits home. I always feel bad for taking time to rest if im not feeling well. And it always seems like there is way too much to get done in the week. Im working from home since the pandemic but still maintain a 7:30-4 schedule. With an hour I between for myself. But I find i do work extra hours just because the workload is so heavy.

Completely agree and depending on your job I just find even if you do take time off you then need to catch up and your workload ends up even bigger so you go back before you are physically and mentally ready. I hope you find it gets better and if there's any other help I can be please let me know!
