We decided to dig out a game that we've had sitting on the shelf for about 10 years now and hadn't played in a while. What a lot of fun this game really is! It brings back so many memories, from having your buddies over with pizza parties and engaging in intense Tournament Modes, beating the snot out of each other with items, using your favorite characters from a wide range of popular games... this game is just great! I agree that the names we have saved in the multiplayer database are rather immature but you gotta admit, they were funny at the time when we were in our early teens. Enjoy, and there's plenty more of this game to come on our channel!

This game is soooo fast and dynamic compared to the next versions! I'm actually quite shocked, i didn't remember the difference being so huge. No wonder why Melee is my all time favourite SSB game

I think melee was one of the best Smash bros. I just got the 3DS version and I love it, it reminds me of melee. The character vocals were great

i remember my first time playing melee. my mom brought me and my brother to my aunt's house to swim in her pool and play the nintendo gamecube. my very first video game was super smash bros melee. one of my favorite characters were ganondorf and Luigi cause they'll always be my mains. me, my brother, and my cousins played for like 6 hours. and i was starting to get good at the game. i destroyed all of my cousins and my brother. *SIGHS* good GOD DAMN TIMES
I remember, growing up, I would always chose Captain Falcon

Mr. L Falcon for some odd reason was always my "go to" character. I'm not sure why. Maybe he was the toughest to me back then.

This looks way more intense than the one for 3DS
+Jamoy Henry Agreed. While the new Super Smash Bros. for Wii U/3DS is fun to play, no game in the franchise can top this one. Melee takes much more skill and a great deal of intensity than the others and is a big reason it is in the MLG Pro Circuit today. The new Smash was catered more towards casual gamers and placed a huge emphasis on entertainment, which dramatically reduces its competitive aspect.
